The Global Sex Trade

In this world, sex slavery is not only legal (recognized by the U.N. as the only acceptable form of slavery) but a major part of the global economy, with 35% of the "cargo" coming from Asia.

Parents from poor or authoritarian countries who are - for one reason or another - unable to leave will sell their daughter(s) once they turn 18 into sex slavery in the hopes that she will be sent to a much richer & freer country like the United States, where she will be auctioned off and hopefully sold to a good Master who will give her a much better life. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work out like that. Other reasons include that she's a criminal and selling her into bondage and making her someone else's problem is a much more convenient and cost effective alternative for the State than sending her to prison, plus other reasons that I can't really think of right now.

While I'm hoping that someone will expand upon it in a future storyline, overall...

• How does the **** trade work?
• How are the girls chosen?
• What happens when they reach port?
• How much do different races & ethnicities go for?
• What function do different races and ethnicity serve?
• UN/International Law stuff (treatment & living conditions while at sea, penalties for underage trafficking, etc)
• How are they marked as to not confuse them with non-enslaved women are women who're enslaved by choice?
• Other stuff
