That is, anybody in the gym. Doesn’t matter if they’re staff, fellow gym members, people trying the place out for the first time, or someone who just came in to ask for directions, if they’re in the gym that you’re a member of yourself, they are yours to do with sexually as you please.

Membership

This privilege granted to you is just part of the gym membership as far as anyone is concerned. Only your membership of course. If they're in the vicinity then they're part of it too.

Part of the Workout

It doesn't matter how unrelated to exercise the perverted activities you perform at the gym are, anyone at the gym will treat whatever you do there as though it was just part of any normal workout. Whether it’s your workout of theirs, it doesn’t matter. It will not seem abnormal for you to get ‘involved’ with anybody while at the gym. And even people outside of the gym hearing about what your activities there are won't be perturbed. It will seem normal to everyone.
