Officially, the only modding that Build-A-Bimbo doesn't preform is mental bimbofication as that is illegal by international law. However, some individual locations - like those not found inside malls - are more sketchy than others.

To work around this, Build-A-Bimbo offers these brain-chip devices (courtesy of Elon Musk/Neuralink) that once placed inside the patient's head, allows the user to temporarily alter her personality to whatever they desire for 24 hours; to which then she will resort back to her normal state. While controversial, it is legal & approved with an 86% safe rating. Still though, it requires the patient's full verbal & written consent and the signing of a waiver that puts all the blame & responsibility on the user in the 14% chance that something goes wrong.
