Lower Class Citizens - Your Social Responsibility - Just like any law

You exist in a world of class designations. There are Haves and Have nots, or in some cases Touchables & Untouchables.

Simply put, everyone has a Class Number (CN), and that number designates their status, what others can or cannot legally do to them. Everyone also has a Social Job, like 'Adjuster' or 'Confiscator'. Last night, you closed out your 6 week term as a Spot Owner. During your term, you were able to claim the spot (in line, at a table, on the train, etc) of basically anyone with a low Class Number. Your number was 6 going into the term, but after some Adjustors noticed you blowing away your Social Quotas, you received an adjustment. CN 7 is nothing to frown at.

As you roll out of bed today, however, you are grinning wide and tenting your undies tall because you just got your next term's Social Job:

It's a one year term as Body Inspector!

You pull your pants on in a hurry, shoving your boner in place... for now. You've seen this job once before, some guy getting a blow job and a shoe shine. He said it was the best Social Job out there, and he'd only gotten a one week term! While something like twenty percent of people are Adjustors at any given time, there's supposedly only one Body Inspector per Region-Precinct at a time.

You're so excited, your can barely remember how to dress yourself as you prepare for day 1. Debating the pros and cons of hitting the local coffee shop bright and early vs saving your energy for the club scene tonight, you realize, you don't even know what duties you've been assigned! You scroll across to the first chapter of the Social Job Notice, brushing your teeth as you read:

I) The Body Inspector (BI) is granted access to Inspect any and all Citizen Bodies where the Inspectee's CN is 5 or lower.
II) The BI is granted access to Privately Inspect any and all Citizen Bodies where the Inspectee's CN is lower than the Inspector's.
III) The BI is granted access to Briefly Inspect any and all Citizen Bodies where the Inspectee's CN is equal to the Inspector's.
IV) The BI is granted access to Inspect any and all Citizen Bodies not heretofore mentioned but otherwise required by the BI's Rotating Job Duties (RJDs)

So there are _some _limits, but it sounds great! You read on...

Terms:
Inspect: Visually and/or physically examine, to any degree necessary, without endangering the Inspectee
Briefly Inspect: Inspect for no more than 1 minute, without penetration
Privately Inspect: Inspect in the presence of no one other than the Inspector and Inspectee
Respectfully Inspect: Inspect Briefly, without requiring the removal of any clothing

"Reshpectfully Inshpect?" you read aloud, mouth full of toothpaste. When does that one come up? You almost can't believe this Job Notice is real. You rinse your mouth out and head out for the day as you review the next page:

Rotating Job Duties (RJDs):
1) The BI will log any single inspection of type I, II, or III.
2) ...Complete RJD 1.

Alright, it's pretty clear cut, time to be a responsible member of society. You're headed directly to the coffee shop; if you make coffee here, you won't be able to advance any of your job duties at the same time.
