Some years before you were born the technology to splice genes into human DNA was developed and made widely available. Attacking a furry is one of the few ways that a pure human can convince a furry to be violent towards a human so instead you have been trained in nonviolent methods of pacifying an aggressive furry. These start with methods of touching and petting the furry that will both sexually excite the furry and make them feel more naturally submissive and soft towards you. Sometimes a combination of groping, grooming, head pats and neck scratches can be enough to distract a furry from whatever had sparked their aggression, most of the time you need strip them down and fuck them hard. Doing this is considered a necessary part of maintaining peace and stability in a society, thus doing so is considered your civic responsibility. And since doing so before the furry actually does anything violent prevents them from committing an actual crime and thus ruining their lives you are assumed to have the furry’s consent.

Most people will simply pause to thank you for your service before moving on.
