Humans sent specialized giant slaying parties to hunt them down and kill them in their sleep. This continued for centuries, until now. In the modern era, humans and giants now live peacefully in either human cities or giant cities. Due to giants' massive size (on average being 180 feet tall) and humans' massive numbers, society has greatly advanced with little issue, except one. Giants still love the taste of humans, but as equals now can't consume them, though they can taste them. In giant cities, restaurants exist that allow giants to temporarily rent humans to flavor and taste in these restaurants. They can taste, lick, suck, swirl people in their mouths as much as they want, but can't swallow. This is the situation that Jack now finds himself in.

Erik lives under the roof of his loving mother, Laura, in their 2 bedroom apartment. The area they live in is nice with very little crime, similar to a central american suburban neighborhood. Erik just graduated high school and will be taking a year off before starting college. Everything seems to be normal in the life of this average young man, but is about to change entirely. He and a few other former students exit the bus and are all talking about their plans while he continues to walk home ready to lay down in his bed and relax for a while... The story starts with Erik arriving home.

Mean while in Earthland the group of Ninja came flying into there world with a crash in front of Poliusica house. Hearing the noise the old woman came out to see a giant pile of knocked out but very powerful people all all raidiating with power which she had never felt before. Deciding to call Makarov she guessed she would get a second opinion and could already guess how things would play out. As he began to draw them into her house she noticed that the blonde haired male was healing on his own by the times she had brought them all in and done a quick heal was fine as would most likely awaken any minute who wakes up first:
