Fairly Odd Parents in: Rule Breaker

(aka One Wish to Break 'DA RULES')

Chapter 1 by alienfinderx alienfinderx

"This is so unfair." Yelled Timmy as he trashed his room. His anger blinding him to the fact that he was destroying all his things.

"Sorry sport, but you know the rules." Said his pink haired Fairy, she waved her wand as he broke each item. Repairing it with a flash of magic.

It had officially been the worst day of Timmy's life.

He got up only to discover that his parents had left to go on vacation for the week, leaving Vickie to look after him for seven whole days. Literally permitting her to move in for the entire week, she gave him a list of chores that wrapped around the house and deliberately tied him up and watched him until she was sure he was late for school. Her own being out until they got rid of their sudden rat problem (heh heh.).

He was given after school detention by the principal, tormented by Crocker who just so happened to be the detention teacher. Had about twenty new F's to add to his collection since the deranged teacher decided to give every test for the year to the class in a single day.

He got rejected by Trixie, and to pour salt in the wound she didn't just ignore him. She handed him a signed petition now turned legal document that forbade him from seeking a relationship with, being friends with or even going within 20 feet of not just Trixie but any even remotely attractive girl in Dimmsdale for the rest of his life.

He thought it had been a gag until he saw to heavily armed police officers appeared out of nowhere and dragged him away until he was at least twenty feet from away girl who wasn't prettier than *shudder* Tootie. Which suffice to say since the other few girls who was less attractive or even wore braces had moved away made her the least popular girl in school.

The police said to get used to it since she's his only option now.

The girl was ecstatic. He was not.

Back home was basically a repeat of this morning, except with Vickie’s dog getting his dinner, while he starved. Oh, did I forget to mention that today is also his 18th birthday?

After the whole "Timmy's Secret Wish" Incident, time on Earth was set back fifty years and everything and everyone on it are now back to the way they were before Timmy made his secret wish, which happens to be the eve of his 11th birthday. That was the biggest reason why Timmy made his Secret Wish, because it was written in 'DA RULES' when Godchildren reaches eleven years of age their Fairy Godparents will go away.

Since Timmy had saved to the Earth and Fairy World multiple times (mostly fixing the mistakes and disasters he had caused), as thanks the Fairy Council and Jorgen Von Strangle removed that rule from the 'DA RULES', but make it clear to him that when a child has reached the age of no longer needing a fairy or when they are completely grown-up personality-wise, he/she will have his or her mind warped, the fairy/fairies will leave either in the Fairy Cab or with Jorgen Von Strangle and everything magic will disappear forever. If a godchild acts like a kid and does everything a kid does, then he/she will retain their fairies, however doing so is potentially risky, as the longer a godchild keeps his/her fairies, the more the fairies will be put in danger of being exposed or captured.

For eight years he manage to keep a hold on his Fairies, eight years of wild, crazy and wonderful adventures with his fairy godparents and godbrother, there where allot of close calls over the years but He and his Magical Family manage to overcome and persevere. However not everything is sunshine and rainbows at the Turner Residence, in fact things have gone from bad to worse. His parents have become so neglectful of him, to the point that it is basically child abandonment, their weekend getaways getting longer and longer until they are week-long getaways, and continually leave him under the "loving" care of his sadistic babysitter, Vicky, whose levels of callousness, sadisms, ruthlessness only grew with each year and finds new ways to poor Timmy.

And then one of Timmy’s most disliked teachers and enemies, Denzel Crocker and his mother moved out of his old house and move right into the empty house on the left of the Turner Residence, become the Turner's new (and for Timmy most unwanted) next-door neighbors. Now Timmy and his Fairies has to deal with Crocker watching their house day and night with all sorts of surveillance devices, Fairy/Magic Scanners, Listening Devices and other spy gadgets. Of course his parents and everyone in the neighborhood are completely oblivious what Crocker is doing, which has made Timmy questioning himself of the possibility that he is the only smart or sensible person in Dimmsdale.

And to top it all off, his parents have completely forgotten his birthday for the third time! First one was happenstance. Twice was a coincidence. However, the THIRD time is a Pattern or in this case the start of a Pattern that Timmy is all too familiar with, it almost like his neglectful parents don’t care anymore if it their son’s birthday as they have far more "important" things to do, they probability don’t even care if he lives or dies. If Cosmo, Wanda and Poof were not there for him, Timmy thought he would not make it through another horrible week with Vicky, sometimes he wonder if his life was even worth living.

I ask you how can this get any worse? Put on your crash helmet and bulletproof vest, and fasten your seatbelts, because this bumpy ride has already gone over the cliff and is about to it hit rock bottom at breakneck speed!

Now back to present.

"Why couldn't you guys do anything. I thought you were supposed to 'stop' me from being miserable!" He yelled.

"Well sport, all that happened today was kinda against the rules to fix." Said the pink fairy gently.

The boy seethed.

"We couldn't fix your love life because we can't interfere with anything to do with love. Same thing with Vickie’s dog since she loves it."

Cosmo continued. "And thanks to all the horrible things you’ve wished for in the past, the rule book was made bigger just for you. See."

With a poof, a massive purple bound book appeared in mid air. It was so thick that it made the old version looks like a pamphlet. It flipped open to a certain page were Wanda started to read.

"It says we can't do anything involving our godchild’s education."

"But I wished to be smart before." Timmy said behind clenched teeth.

"Yeah, but the way your wish's always turn out it looks like they actually add a new rule every time you make a wish." She said.

"Yeah. Here’s one that says you can't be invisible, oh and here’s one that says no trading places with animals, and one for..."

In a move that shocked both fairies, Timmy jumped up to grab the book and threw it across the room.

"I'm sick off all these rules! At this rate I won’t be able to wish for anything in the first place. I WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO FOLLOW 'DA RULES!!!'"

Wanda looked at Timmy for a second. "Timmy sweety, you can't just..."

"Done." Said Cosmo raising his wand.

'*RULE-FREE*'

Wanda and Timmy looked at Cosmo for a moment, not yet caught up with what just happened.

"Did you just do what I think you did?" Said Wanda in a distant voice.

"Yep."

"But how? The rules would have st... ...no way." She said before pulling open the book once more and scanning the pages at a rapid pace.

"Wanda whats...." Timmy started before the book slammed shut.

"That would explain it, there’s no actual rule that says you can't wish that you didn't have to follow the rules." She said distressed.

"You'd think that'd be rule number one." Cosmo said happily.

Timmy stared at his godparent for a second before an evil smile broke over his face.

"Perfect." He said in a sinister voice.

"........So I don't suppose you’re going to let the rules apply again are you?" She asked.

"HA HA HA HA!!!"
