New rule: Katy can write 1 rule a day but to do so she needs to offer the following choice to a man 1) fuck her 2) give her a dare or 3) write a rule of their own (she can not erase rules added in this manner). Katy Lura can not erase this rule and is not allowed to get others to erase it even indirectly.
New rule: John can write rules so long as Katy Lura uses the previous rule and he chooses the option to write a rule, when this happens Katy Lura can only write a rule that John agrees with first.
Old rule: Females can only get pregnant if they allow themselves to and STDs no longer exist or ever will, and men can cum much more than what was once considered normal_.
