John looks at her and shakes his head "heh, I call bull on that" he says and notices the dice she rolled before still on the table with the 1 showing "you gambled with yourself didnt you?" he asks. Katy sighs and nods as he picks up the dice "well, lets continue to play, I will roll and tell you to do something depending on the roll, you fail to do it and I wont sign the lease" he says
