On the contrary, as soon as she's able, she thanks you and sobs out a request for the next, although she must be aware that this pace is making it harder for her to bear.

Since you don't want to have to add even more extras, you slow down, waiting until her breath returns to as close to normal as she can manage now, before inflicting each angry, livid stripe. Neither young woman displays any impatience at this, Minseo kneeling motionless, whilst her tute-partner trembles with strain, time seeming to stand still for both.
