Wait it out

"Well, we seem to be safe in here," you tell the girls, "let's just hunker down and wait it out, see how things go. Maybe the authorities will be able to sort all this out."

Your three companions nod in agreement, none of you are eager to venture back out there into the budding chaos of the sex demon apocalypse.

Amanda and Megan pull out their cell phones and start calling friends and family to see if they're ok and to warn them of what's going on. Kate, meanwhile, picks up a bible from the cashier's desk, kneels on the floor, and begins to pray. For your part, you pull out your own cell phone and check the news for updates on the situation.

Hours pass. Amanda and Megan alternate between pacing the floor nervously and quietly comforting each other. Kate remains steadfast in her prayers.

You take up a nervous vigil at the front door, peering out into the mall. In the first hour or so, you hear many screams of panic, even the occasional sporadic pop of gunfire. But the sounds of mass panic die down worryingly quickly, soon replaced by far more disturbing sounds... moans of pleasure, bestial animal-like growling, and other signs of growing demonic infestation. Every once in a while you see a few mallgoers passing by the store; however, their strange movements, disheveled appearance, and various states of undress are enough to tell you they're already infected.

At some point the disorganized infected give way to a series of remarkably hot men and women confidently striding and slinking through the halls; their stunning, pornstar-like bodies proudly on full display, dressed in lingerie or leather and latex fetish gear. They move almost exactly like you've seen the demons move, as though prowling for uninfected humans to fuck. Every once in a while two or three will cross each other's paths and come together to grind their hot, sweaty bodies against each other for a while before breaking off to resume their hunt. You're not quite sure what to make of them; they haven't fully transformed into demons, yet it's clear they're already lewd, wanton predatory creatures of Lilith. You duck out of sight whenever you see a few approaching; though you're fairly confident in your holy defenses, you don't want to tempt fate.

After a few hours, your stomach begins to growl, reminding you that you haven't eaten anything since breakfast. Casting a glance and Amanda and Megan, the discomfort on their faces tells you they must be feeling the same way. Kate for her part is still lost in prayer; if she's feeling any physical discomfort, she doesn't seem to be showing it. You're actually kind of impressed.

You're pretty sure you're not going to find any food in a Christian book store. With your budding hunger and the growing infestation outside, you begin to wonder if staying put, safe refuge or not, was really such a good idea.
