What now?

Rules about crime and punishment

You have always approved of strict discipline, so you are happy to see the changes you made have even affected court. You decide to add some more rules, to further improve the judicial system.

Old Rule: For women, prison sentences feature daily spankings, along with harsh punishments for any further infractions. They are relatively rare though - a single, thorough judicial punishment is typical for most offenses.

Old Rule: There exist Discipline Centers where criminals sometimes serve their sentences. Depending on the crime, they are required to perform certain tasks while being punished, given their sentenced spanking there, or put through a rehabilitation program. Often, repeat offenders are put through them after their judicial spanking is finished.

Old Rule: Juries are always 100% accurate in determining guilt.

You idly wonder how that last one works. Will some piece of evidence make everything clear, will people just get a random urge to decide one way or the other? You have no idea...but you wonder what the limits of the Rulebook are, and you decide to add another rule.

New Rule: Criminals are inevitably caught in some sort of humiliating and painful manner like getting their panties caught on a hook and given a painful wedgie that stalls her until the police catch up. Police frequently deliver a spanking on the spot.

You don't notice any immediate changes, although you suspect Anna Faith and the other women in front of the courthouse might regret the new rules - although they think they will be old...you know, this is really confusing. Shaking your head, you debate what to do next.

(Feel free to message me if you have ideas for more rules.)
