You're her servant now.

"Old Rule: If the official school pervert fantasizes about the same girl three times in a row, he has to be her obedient servant for the rest of the day."

Nicole closes the book, puts it back in her backpack, and stands up. "Hurry up and put my stuff in my backpack. You can carry it for me for the rest of the day."

You immediately start packing up both your stuff and hers, but you protest. "I can't be your servant! I have my own classes!"

"Quiet," says Nicole dismissively. "No more talking unless I ask you a question. Even then, keep your answers short and accurate, and always speak to me with respect. Understood?"

"Yes ma'am." You can't help saying it.

Nicole leads you to her next class. As you walk through the campus, you realize that since you're holding her backpack, you actually have the rulebook! However, every effort to run away with it fails. You just continue to obediently follow her.

When you get to her next class, Nicole has you sit on the floor of the aisle, next to her feet. You hold her backpack open and she takes out the books she wants. Nobody seems to think that this is too odd, although a few laugh at you a bit.

The professor comes in. He's a young man, but surprisingly fat. He begins with a joke, and it's pretty funny. The students all seem to like him. He's the perfect example of a jolly fat man. After a few minutes Nicole points to her backpack again. You open it, and she pulls out the rulebook. She writes something down, but you can't see what from your position on the floor.

Does something change? You can't see anything different. Nicole is still gorgeous, casually tossing her long, jet-black hair over her shoulder. The classroom is still full of pretty normal looking, middle class guys and girls. The professor is still a super fit beefcake, but all the male professors look like that since the university requires a rigorous exercise regimen for them. It doesn't seem like anything has changed at all.

Maybe it did, but you can't tell. You noticed the difference when she changed you to being the official school pervert, but you saw her write that. Maybe a person who doesn't have the book is only aware of changes if they see the rule being written. You spend the class wondering how exactly the book works. Nicole spends the class looking more and more intensely at the professor, then she writes something else in the rulebook.

At the end of the lecture, Nicole goes up to the professor. Giving him her sexiest smile, she says, "Hi, Professor Sinclair. Do you mind if I ask you something?"
