New Rule: Female students must be masturbating to speak in class

You add your New Rule to the Rulebook under your school's heading: "Female students must be masturbating to speak in class." You close the Rulebook and chuckle to yourself as you wait for school the next day.

As you ride the bus in, you can hear the girls whispering quietly to each other. "Are the really gonna make us...?" "Did you wear anything special?" "We didn't have to bring, like, toys, right?" The whole bus is buzzing with nervous energy by the time you make it to the school building.

You can barely contain your excitement as you stop at your locker before your first class, grabbing the books you'll need. As you look through the halls, it looks like a lot of the girls have opted to wear skirts for the first day of the new Rule. Some don't even seem to have panties on underneath, trying to make showing off in class as easy as possible. There's some extra bounce in your step as you throw your backpack over your shoulder and head to your English class.

You arrive to see your teacher, Mrs. Fletcher, writing the night's assignment on the board. She's a stern looking older woman with straight blonde hair and an imposing demeanor. Despite her age, she's managed to keep herself in shape, and more than one student has made a crack about wanting to get a look under her rather frumpy outfits.

You take your seat in the back of the class, and the rest of the students slowly trickle in until the bell rings and Mrs. Fletcher steps up to the front of the room. "Good morning, class. Now your assignment last night was to read Jabberwocky for discussion in class, so who'd like to give us a quick synopsis?" She pauses for a moment, waiting for volunteers. There aren't any. She points at one of the girls in the first row, a nerdy looking girl with curly brown hair named Sarah who she can usually count on for the right answer. "Alright, Sarah, why don't you tell us what it was about."
