New rules to make toilets and covering genitals illegal

You know what, she wants everybody to join her, and make it a new rule, to see how they adjust.

New rule: Nobody is allowed to wear clothing that covers the genitals or anus, unless for a specified health and safety reason.

New rule: All restrooms are to be closed down and eventually turned into some other room. All toilets are to be disconnected from the water supply.

New rule: public urination and defecation are legal and every establishment has to allow you to do so on their floors, seats, or beds, unless there is a valid health and safety reason otherwise, in which case they must provide diapers.

New rule: everybody must carry the necessary equipment to clean up after defecation. This includes a bag to put the waste in and some wipes to clean, both themselves and any furniture. They must then use it every time they defecate.
