Make people less prudish about sex

First things first. Michael couldn't afford to have the journal stolen or go missing, so first thing was to fix that.

Old Rule: The owner of this rulebook is recognized as its rightful owner. If it is not in their possession, the owner is able to immediately summon it.

He paused, placing the eraser of his pencil to his chin. Probably should do something about the blatant reality shifts.

Old Rule: No individual aside from the owner of the rulebook will acknowledge or know of the properties of the rulebook, or of the changes it causes.

Better. Now to solve the real issues: all this bullshit around sex. People were meant to engage in pleasure, and so much of society works to hinder it to the deteriment of everyone. Right, no person should suffer in my society, he thought.

After penning in some rules to deal with poverty and other social ills, Michael considered what those main problems were. After some careful deliberation, he decided:

Old Rule: Nudity, sexualized, or revealing clothing are always legal, and relatively common.

Old Rule: Consensual sex is always legal, even in public.

Old Rule: Sex is very casual. All relationships are "open", and sex with others is normal and expected. **** is acceptable and common.

Old Rule: STDs, unwanted pregnancies, menstruation, and other sexual discomforts are permanently eliminated.

Old Rule: Humans do not experience refractory periods, and are able to have as much sex as they wish. Accordingly, libidos are significantly stronger.

Old Rule: Humans produce greater quantities of sexual fluids. They always taste good and don't get in the way.

He smiled. This was going to be the world he ruled: not from the skies as a tyrant, but as an equal, just another anonymous individual enjoying a more liberated world.
