Heads Down The Staircase

Not wishing to meet the same fate as her Succubi neighbour Carla dashes down the metallic stairs. After seeing the apparent fear in his partner's eyes, Alex was swift to follow. Within a few nerve-wracking moments, the duo's feet came into contact with the asphalt floor below. After making a swift recovery, Alex parted his lips to ask; "Hey Carla, why'd you take off like that?"

Carla merely raised a hand and pointed upward, Alex's gaze followed until it fell upon the Succubine beauty a few floors up. It took him a few precious moments to realise who the Succubus had once been. Instinctively he grabbed Carla's wrist and pulled her out onto the chaotic street.

Alex's eyes widened at the chaos that met them, hordes of panicking people were running for their lives. Whilst Incubi and Succubi plunged down from the sky and indiscriminately picked off and ravaged their targets one by one. Alex could feel himself becoming increasingly aroused by the prospect of being the next random target.

Now it was Carla's time to act on rounding the corner she had spotted an overturned motorbike. Knowing it was time to go she yanked Alex out of his stupor and pulled him towards their means of escape. Without a word uttered he eased the motorbike up and jumped atop it, Carla followed suit.

Alex revved the engine as Carla popped open the storage box and grabbed two helmets. After easing hers on, she handed the other one to her partner. Carla's pace quickened as she noted how the horde of human's had quickly transitioned into a mob of demonic creatures. Instinctively she slaps Alex, who gets the message and tears off down the road at speed.

As the motorbike speeds onward, Carla has the sense she's being watched. Looking back over her shoulder she sees nothing and lets out a brief sigh of relief. After a brief journey, Alex swings the bike up into Olivia's drive and kills the engine. Both of them remove their helmets in one swift movement.

Alex turns to Carla before saying; "Whilst I'm grabbing Olivia, can you look about for a car there is no way the three of us can fit on that thing." Carla nodded briefly, before yelling after Alex; "Be careful." Alex responded with a swift nod before entering the house...
