Bon Voyage

The hug with your mom ends. She places her hands on the sides of your head, “You can’t let Blue get to you. I love you my little champion,” she says before hugging you again. You watch your mom walking up the ramp onto the cruise ship. You take a seat on the edge of the pier, waiting for the ship to take off.

*Bzzt* You check your phone, “I’m so sorry, I don’t know why he’s like this.” You text Daisy back telling her that it’s not her fault. She can’t control her brother, it seems like nobody can. The horn on the ship blows, before slowly starting to move along the pier. You look around and the whole pier is empty. You’re the only person seeing someone off.

You scan the boat, and eventually see your mom standing on the deck. She leans over the railing waving while the ship leaves. You wave back until you can’t distinguish your mom any more. You take a seat on the edge of the pier again watching the boat sail away into the horizon.

Tomorrow you’ll visit the Vermillion City Gym to see about challenging the Gym Leader Lt. Surge. You check your phone again, no messages from Jack. She’s supposed to be having her gym battle later today. On Chatoter, you see a post from Blue. You’re almost scared to look, but it’s luckily not a picture of your mom. Instead it’s a picture of his arm with 3 badges tattooed across it, you guess that means he beat Lt. Surge. His post also includes another tattoo on what appears to be Zoe’s thigh. The words say “Cocks&Rocks” with the image of a fossil cradled by a pair of dicks. That girl might be crazy, going that far for a fossil.

You see a video Yuruki posted. You click on it, and watch a glamor shot video of her doing squats. You watch over her muscles, and stare at her legs flexing with each squat. You’re impressed by how long she’s been going, until you realize the video is on repeat. You probably would’ve noticed earlier if you hadn’t been staring so intently at her body.

Out of curiosity you also search for Douglas. You find his profile but most of it seems to be private. You send him a quick friend request, before browsing his public info. You can see what Daisy was saying, his mom is listed under family but no mention of his father. You’re still shocked how much he looks like Blue, but then you see parts of Daisy too. His smile definitely reminds you more of Daisy than the devilish grin Blue usually sports, and of course his hair color matches Daisy’s.

Your stomach growls reminding you how long you’ve been sitting on the pier. The ship is long gone. You stand up and brush any dirt off your butt. You start walking back into town when your phone buzzes again. You check it and see it’s Jack. She sent you a picture of her holding the Cascade Badge with Phantump floating by her shoulder. “Congrats, now you can come hang with me in Vermillion ;P” as you hit send the side view mirror of a truck hits you in the shoulder. Your phone drops and slides under the truck.

Your heart sinks, hopefully your phone isn’t cracked. You don’t want to have to buy a new one right now. You look under the truck, and see your phone. But you’re surprised to see something else under there.
