Becky a college girl who wishes the world was different

Becky McWaver was an average girl she had just finished college when she had found the rulebook after testing it out on the barista, she had decided to go home and start planning what her next move was, she couldn't believe what crazy power she now wielded. As she was about to put the book away she realised that it might be a good idea to put some safe guards on the book to make sure that it wasn't just stolen or destroyed by the first person who happens to stumble upon her stuff. So she got the book out and wrote some more rules:

new rule: Becky McWaver is the only person who can use the rulebook unless she is unable to do so at which point she is able to possess anyone in her vicinity to save her life in any way she wishes.

New rule: Becky is able to summon the rulebook when ever she wants.

New rule: The rulebook has a perception filter which means no one can see the rulebook unless Becky lets them.

New rule: The rulebook is impervious to all damages and cannot be destroyed.

New rule: The rulebook has infinite pages. New rule: The rule book can be added to by a special app on any phone Becky owns.

After adding all the precautions she could think of Becky goes home to add some more fun rules. Or she could go to her friend's Harriet's house and change her appearance
