Taken back a little by his sudden out burst and still feeling uneasy about the whole situation you reply back to him "Uhhh...yeah..sure Green, but first I need to get my Charmander to the Pokemon center, he's in critical shape after my fight with Blue just earlier."

"Oh..hahaha...I'm..I'm..sorry..yeah sure, w-w-wait what if I tagged along with you to the Pokemon center, I-I could protect you from other trainers until your Charmanders all healed up, I-I-I got a feeling what most guy's would do with you if they found you in this shape." Green manages to blurt out of his mouth so nervous barley able to talk straight, then you notice he starts to blank out and is clearly staring at your chest. "N-N-Not that I mean anything like that! I wasn't even thinking anything about you and your uhh...Ah just forget it, I'm sorry, so anyway what do you say, want my help?"

You were in pretty bad shape and definitely could use some rest as well as your Charmander, if any other trainer that wasn't green had walked up and challenged you right now, you would be fucked, literally and figuratively. Green was nice and you were sure he wouldn't betray you, his offer was very enticing and your Charmander needed help fast.
