Lone Wolf or Dynamic Duo?

"This tunnel should take you straight to downtown's station. The college dorms are a good distance away from there so you might want to acquire a means of transportation." explains Petra to Kane as she hands him a small cellphone. "The girl was told to stay put but there's a possibility she might change locations so check the tracker constantly just in case."

"Yeah, yeah, wouldn't want the little princess to get lost." Sirius answers, he grabs the cellphone and puts it in one of his pockets, he then double checks his equipment. He carries a couple of handguns, small flasks of holy water, a sawed shotgun and a silver dagger. Jane carries similar weapons except that instead of a shotgun she has a small submachine gun.

"So, this is will be a quicky right Sirius? We don't even need to exterminate every single demon or clean after ourselves, just grab the girl and get the fuck out." says Jane as she approaches to the trapdoor.

"Listen kid," Kane stops her and grabs her shoulder, "This job might get a little messier than what you are used to, you should sit back for this one." he says as he looks in her eyes. "I'm going to be busy keeping the princess safe, I'm not going to be able to keep an eye on you too."

"What!? Why!? I don't need you to keep me safe! I can take care of myself just fine! And you're the one who needs me to watch your back! Remember how I saved your ass from that vampire at Sunnyville?" Jane argues.

"That was one time! Besides, someone should keep an eye on the tunnel, make sure no demon uses it to slip pass the lockdown." Sirius argues back at Jane.

"Ahem. Mr. Kane, I would appreciate if you don't have your small family argument when you are in the middle of a job." Petra interrupts just before the discussion between Sirius and Jane was about to get more intense.

"Fine!" Both of the hunters respond before backing off.
