He Does! ... With A Little Help From You

The two Pokemon appear out of their Pokeballs in twin flashes of light. The short, squat, almost frog-like Pokemon with a flower bulb on its back stares up at the MUCH larger boulder-like creature with little to no fear... which is pretty much the polar opposite of its trainer. Green is standing unnaturally stiff and you get the impression that it is to prevent his knees from visibly knocking together and ruining his attempt at a brave face.

Despite the fact your ass is figuratively (and perhaps literally depending on that guy's tastes) on the line, you cannot help but take stock of the match-up as a Trainer better trying to understand the world of Pokemon battles. On one hand, Green's Pokemon has the clear type advantage and if it knows the right Grass-type moves it should be able to do decent damage. On the other hand, Bulbasaur is a first-stage Pokemon while Golem is a THIRD-stage one and, given that Grass may be strong when ATTACKING Rock but is only average when DEFENDING against it, the pure difference in experience and physical durability puts the match much more in Golem's favor.

"Say Green," you whisper into his ear as the initial stand-off continues, "What kind of moves does your Bulbasaur know?"

"Ummm," Green whispers back, "I think the Professor said he taught it Tackle, Sand Attack, Poison Powder, and Leach Seed."

That is... not a great combination of moves, especially since that means Bulbasaur's only direct attack is more likely to hurt itself than its opponent. Then a light bulb goes off in your head and you again whisper, "Want a little advice?"

"Hey!" the large trainer snaps, "Normally I'd say no kibitzing, but I'll be nice this time since the shrimp looks like he'll need even browner pants in a moment and I'll be making you use that mouth for things it's more suited for soon enough."

You glare at the asshole harshly but continue whispering your plan to Green, who nods in response to it before saying to the man, "I... I'm actually surprised y-you know what the word 'kibitzing' means."

The mountain man glares at him before Green takes another deep breath and blurts out, "Because 'unga bunga' seems more in your vocabulary!"

A snicker escapes your lips as the expression on Green's opponent turns darker and he growls, "Golem. Squash that puny plant like a Bug-type."

The Golem roars and rushes forward, looking like it wants to simply backhand the Bulbasaur as hard as it can.

Good. That's step one of your plan: Get the other guy angry so he gets too aggressive. Now you have to hope Green's nerve holds out long enough for step two.

Fortunately, it does and as the Golem gets inches away from the Bulbasaur he shouts out, "SAND ATTACK! NOW!"

Bulbasaur kicks at the ground, sending up a large cloud of dirt that, due to its proximity, the Golem is unable to dodge. The Rock-type's charge turns into a stumble as said dirt hits it square in the eyes. "Now dodge while using Poison Powder!" Green commands, still following your game plan.

The Grass-type Pokemon hops to the side, letting the staggering Golem lurch past it, while a cloud of purple spores erupt from the bulb on its back. Spores that, since the Golem is still disoriented, the much larger Pokemon sucks in a big mouthful of.

Now comes the hard part... step three.

"Cute, kid," the larger trainer snarls, "but my Golem's pretty sturdy so I hope you got a better plan than just trying to poison him and hope he passes out before he lands a hit on your little faggy flower."

Green licks his lips nervously and you rest a hand on his shoulder, nodding at him to show your faith that he has this when he gives you a momentary glance.

"GOLEM!" the other Trainer roars, "ROCK THROW! Spray and pray the whole area!"

At the command, the Rock-type Pokemon begins clawing at its body, the scale-like stones that make up its skin falling into its hands before it begins throwing them wildly in all directions. Still blinded by the Sand Attack, its aim is awful and your eyes widen before you instinctively leap forward to tackle Green to the ground so that a particularly big rock flies over the both of you as it heads in your direction. Green lets out a yelp of surprise as you land on top of him, your tits mashing against the back of his neck. Surprisingly, given his earlier shyness, he seems a little too caught up in the moment to notice the way your bodies are touching as he calls out, "Bulbasaur! Don't move!"

For a moment, you want to chastise him as the plan had been pretty much what the mountain man suspected and standing still seemed suicidal... until you looked up again at how the projectiles were flying and noticed that, given the randomness of said throws, there was just as much a chance the Bulbasaur could dodge INTO a hit if it was moving about, so Green had made the right call.

After what feels like an eternity but was probably only a few seconds, the Golem's fire slacks off. It is panting for breath, both due to the poison in its system and because of its forceful exertion. It reaches up to rub the last of the Sand Attack out of its eyes and turns to where the Bulbasaur is almost calmly waiting for it. You are a bit impressed at the little guy's nerves of steel and you swear it almost smirks as Green commands, "Now! Leach Seed!"

This time, several seeds shoot out of the Grass-type's bulb to his the winded Golem before it can move. The seeds quickly burst into small vines that wrap about its body and limbs, glowing softly as they begin draining the energy from the Rock-types body. The enemy trainer snorts, "Really? Another slow acting trick to tire him out? Snap those puny vines and lets get to stomping already!"

The Golem roars and begins straining at its bonds, flexing powerfully... but ultimately futilely as the vines hold.

"What?! No way! There's no way a Bulbasaur's poison or vines are strong enough to hold a Golem even WITH a type advantage," the trainer growls in anger.

"Maybe not alone," you taunt, getting to your feet and helping Green do the same, "but just like a Pokemon and its Trainer, or like me and my friend here, when you use the right abilities together they can easily take out something only using brute ****!"

The other trainer grits his teeth in frustration but it is only a matter of time and, soon enough, the Golem collapses, its eyes swirling about as it runs out of energy.

There is a tense moment as the other trainer recalls his Pokemon and he looks at where you and Green stand nervously. He did THROW A ROCK at the bike the two of you were riding on, after all, and it is hard to tell if someone like that will honor the outcome of a match with no other witnesses around.

"Hey, don't glare at me like that," he suddenly grumbles, looking almost pouty as he stuffs his hands in his pockets, "There's nothing in the rules saying I can't be a little forceful in getting your attention for a match but I follow the law when the match is over."

He starts to turn around and gives one last look over his shoulder at Green. "Have fun pounding that pussy when you get the chance, I guess," he sighs as he starts walking off, "if she can even feel your micro-dick."

Green seems to have no comeback to either statement, mostly because the realization he has just won is registering on him. You, on the other hand, flip the man off with both middle fingers. Once he is out of sight, you turn back to Green and go to hug him tightly. "My hero!" you coo half in jest and half in legitimate appreciation.

"I-It was only because of your plan that I--MMMPH!"

Because of the height difference your hug causes his face to be buried in your tit flesh, which makes him stiffen up in response. You giggle and remove his hat for a moment to ruffle his hair before you place it back on his head and let him go, leaving him momentarily dazed.

You then look over at the ruined bike with a frown both because it is so badly totaled the two of you will have to walk the rest of the way and that you remember it being a birthday gift from Green's parents two years ago, so you know he has a sentimental attachment to it considering how ludicrously expensive bicycles are in Kanto.

For the briefest of moments, you wonder if you should give Green something as a reward for all this but then the thought of Blue mocking you for being an easy slut enters your head for some damn reason and you internally cringe.

You are NOT going to just be some sexual prize to be won or defended all the time! You are going to be a Pokemon Trainer who can be the very best in the world all by herself!

... But...

Besides, even if you wanted to, this hardly seems the place to do that kind of thing! Maybe you will think about it on the rest of the way to Viridian and go with whatever decision you reach, whenever you reach it.
