You show up an hour late

You show up an hour late so that most of the work chatter has died down. You spot Susan sitting at the bar and she waves you over. You greet each other and when you ask where Emma is she says that Emma told her she's out in the back and that Susan should keep you company. Susan laughs when she says the last bit, knowing it's a bit of a sexual innuendo.

You can smell the **** on Susan's breath. She's been doing her best to get her money's worth on half-off drinks, you can tell. You not so subtly check her out, she's showing some beautiful cleavage. You smile at her and compliment her on her dress.

You chat with Susan for a few minutes. You have to press your faces close to each other to hear one another over the din of the bar. She puts a hand on your shoulder when she leans in to talk and you can feel her breath hit your ear when she speaks. It feels good to be so close to Susan.
