in the magical forest*

Lucy had been searching her whole life for the mystical fairy forest. According to the stories, the soil from the ground grows vegetables that heal diseases. The leaves off the trees temporarily heighten the intellect of anyone who chews them. But the river was her biggest draw. The water in the river is said to grant wishes.

The magic of the forest makes it hard to find. It moves around, appearing in a random place across the globe every 24 hours. But finally, she got lucky. On her most recent venture, trying to locate the mythical woodland, the red leaves on the purple bark glimmered in front of her.

Lucy took her tools out from her bag. Containers to harvest the leaves and soil, to return them home and share the magic of this mysterious land with all of her neigh-sayers. After filling many of the jars with the magical elements, she only needed the wish granting water to complete her quest. With all of her collected goods, she could construct a device that tracked the location of the forest and never need to fruitlessly search for it again.

Her taking of the land however did not go unnoticed. From the moment she filled her first jar with soil, Nymphs from the land became aware of her presence and quietly began to surround her. After 4 hours of walking through the beautiful magical forest, she finally found the shimmering green water of the magical river.

As she took an empty jar from her bag, the Nymphs took their chance. Descending from all direction, the forest fairies attacked Lucy. Ready to defend their home and keep the magic from being stolen, they took the jars she had collected and released them back into the land. Then, wanting to take vengeance on one who would so brazenly trespass on their land and try to steal from it they ripped her clothes off her body. With their magic, they transformed her clothes into ropes and used them to tie her to one of the magical trees, dangling above the wish granting river. Being unable to touch the water, she would never be able to have a wish granted, she was to be trapped, within the mythical land she had searched so long for, unable to ever make use of its magic.

After 24 hours, the Nymphs planned to release her from the tree and march her to the edge of the woods, expelling her back into the human world, in a different location to where she found the forest, as it will have moved somewhere else. She will be alone in a new location, with not a thread to cover her naked body.
