Britney tells her mother that it is getting easier.

Both Kimberly and Britney have learned James's patterns, So they knew he would take both of them to bed tonight right after dinner. As a result, both of them are in Britney's room getting ready when Britney speaks up about her feelings. "Mom, I think you were right. I mean, I still hate the idea of him having sex with me, but I don't think I mind him being around. So I guess it is getting easier."

Kimberly smirks. "At least it is getting easier for one of us because it just got a whole lot harder for me."

Britney notices her mother struggling internally with something. "What's wrong, mom?"

If she was going to tell anyone, Kimberly figured Britney would be the safest person to tell. "I am pregnant, and I know it's your brother's."

Britney didn't know if she was supposed to congratulate her mother or say sorry, so she decided on the safe route. "Isn't that what he wanted."

Kimberly nodded as she fought back the tears. "Yeah, but now I am going to have to tell your father, and I am afraid it is going to break his heart."
