To the park

After a short walk to the park, getting some sneaky looks from men and some sympathetic ones from the women, they enter the park. "Stand there" James says, smiling and pointing to the centre of the park. "Please James, don't do this to me." "Shut up" James replies angrily. He then realises something, "Come here." She hesitates. "Come here right now!" She scurries over to him. He pulls her in and lays her across his lap. "You've been a bad girl" James says, and slaps her ass, leaving a clear hand mark. She squeals, attracting even more attention from the people around. After a few slaps, he lifts her up onto his knees, looking at her. Her face is flushed. "You dirty slut, you liked it, didn't you?" James says, grinning. "No I didn't!" She says. James grabs the government issued collar, and put it on his sister. He then walked around, leading her back home. Every time a man walked past, James said, "Slap her ass, she likes it" And they all did, without exception. Some were hard, and others were tender, resting it there, and even sometimes fondling it.

They arrive back home. James decides to skip school today and "focus" on his sister.
