Lauren was an adventurer. He may have seemed like the useless bard of the group, but he took the same fireballs as them, was shot at with the same arrows, triggered the same traps. Vorka dutifully climbed out. She said nothing as she waited for her next command. Lauren helpfully gave her one, "Strip."

Lauren stated, "I'll look after them."

Isabelle smiled, "Thank you Lauren."

"Based on my divination, yes."

Lauren didn't feel like fighting a lich. "I wish Teloron was an attractive young woman who wanted to become my servant."

He then turned to Vorka, "Go open the door."

Isabelle was surprised by that, "Lauren, wait-"

"Relax, I got this."
