Chapter 16 by Zeebop Zeebop

What's The Ante?

Lois' New Tits

The demon shuffled. Lois counted her chips. Fourteen for her breasts. Two each for her ass and lips. One each for her mouth, pussy, and anus. And one heavy marble slice with her name on it. Holding it, the report felt a sense of connection...of familiarity. Like it was meant to be in her hand, almost a part of her.

My soul. The reporter thought.

Blaze finished shuffling and presented the deck. Lois cut it, and the red-skinned woman drew it back toward her side of the table...and placed a single chip in the center. White marble, etched with the name Diana Reynolds.

"Ante up." Blaze said with a smirk.

Lois set her soul-chip down next to the others in her pile.

"How will I know...if the pot is even?" The reporter asked.

Blaze raised an eyebrow. "Well now...what is this young woman worth to you?"

Hesitation. Lois' fingers were like claws on the green felt, inner contest raging...and with a sudden resolve, she pushed the chips—all the chips—representing her boobs into the center of the table.

"Yes," the demon said softly, as she dealt the cards. "That seems fair."

Lois picked up her hand and studied the cards, hands bringing them up over her massive rack. Her heart was beating—and she realized that the stakes had become more personal now. Oh, the possibility of losing had always been there but now it felt more...real.

4♣ Q♣ 8♣ 4♦ A♠

Lois peeked at Blaze, who was setting her own cards down on the felt.

"Bet?" She gave Lois that strange half-smile.

"Bet two." Lois moved the two chips representing her buttocks into the kitty.

Blaze smiled and replied by presenting two chips, one emblazoned with a crimson posterior, the other with a pair of red breasts.

Lois blinked. "Are those...?"

"Mine." The demon said smoothly. "Table stakes, as I said. What I win, you lose. What I lose, you win. Now, how many cards did you want?"

A pair of fours, ace high. Lois thought. Odds are long against trying for a flush. The real question is whether to hold just the pair, or to keep the ace too... Keeping the pair signals I have a pair; with the ace I could bluff that I have trips...but then I draw one fewer cards.

How Many Cards Does Lois Take?
