Exercise

Despite the temptation of staying inside and relaxing all day, you can't help but want to exercise and move around a little bit this morning! There are many different possible ways to get your blood pumping!

You could work out at the gym, jog around the block for a bit, or even possibly swim a few laps in the local pool.
