Appointment with a doctor

As you wake up the next morning Malee is, like nearly every day, already or still in your room. "Get up, Erinn, my Flower. You have an appointment with an doctor and we are already running late." She tosses some clothes at you. "Quickly put these on and then let's go."

You are surprised by the hurry she is in. So you quickly put on the clothes she gave you. They contain out of a black lacy thong, probably from Malee again, denim shorts, which are so short and tight they could even count as hotpants, and a white sleeveless crop top, which has such a deep and wide neckline it would perfectly show off your breasts, if you had some. All the clothes scream "girl", but as you try to confront Malee with it, she orders you to be faster. So you leave the hotel dressed, like you believe, like a woman in a revealing top, hotpants and another pair of 2" heeled sandals Malee gave you.

"Why do I have to visit a doctor so sudden?" You ask as you enter Malee's car.

"Mister Dantanavanawong had told you to visit a doctor once your vacation was over." Malee says as she drives through the streets of Bangkok. "But the doctor suddenly had time to spare. So you visit the doctor today, tomorrow it goes to the spa and afterwards you spent the evening with Mister Dantanavanawong."

"Does that really have to be so sudden?" You ask.

"It's order from company." Malee answers. "Doctor has time, you have time, so schedule was changed."

For a little while you keep silent, then you try to ask Malee about your clothes again. "Why do I have to wear these clothes made for girls?"

"These clothes are not made for girls." She sounds a little annoyed as she answers. "They are made by Phuhying Dek phuchay for bois. These clothes are also normal for bois in Thailand. You are boi-model under contract, so you have to wear boi-clothes from Phuhying Dek phuchay."

"Sorry that I asked." You apologize. "It's just I'm new to all these, and in America clothes like these a seen as girl-clothes."

"Thailand is not America. So you shouldn't argue with American logic while you are here."

Malee suddenly stops the car. "We are there."

As you get out of the car you are in a shabby part of Bangkok with old run-down houses, but all at least three stories high. You enter the best-looking one, one with a sign with green letters and a green cross on it. At the reception sits a nurse. She looks just as beautiful as Malee does. Malee talks with her a little in Thai, perhaps telling the nurse who you are. Then the nurse stands up to guide you to the doctor's office. Now that you can see not only the nurse's head, but her whole body, you find her maybe even hotter than Malee. She wears a combo of a light blue skirt and matching shirt. But unlike for a nurse in America the skirt is looking very short and tight, nearly exposing her butt, and the shirt has such a deep cleavage her breasts are perfectly on display, not to mention the fact that her breasts are also very big, but not as big as Malee's. The nurse also wears high heels, which make her a little bigger than you are.

After a short walk you reach the doctor's office. The nurse shows you two in, than she goes away closing the door behind herself. In the office a man dressed like a typical doctor is sitting behind a desk. Malee greets him with the Wai-greeting, do follow suit. After that you two sit down onto two chairs on the other side of the doctor and Malee begins talking with him. Again she speaks only in Thai. Sometimes you can recognize the words "Erinn", "Kathoey" and "Phuhying Dek phuchay", the name of the company you two are working for.

Finally the conversation ends and the doctor stands up. Malee turns towards you. "For your treatment you have to lie on the hospital bed. The treatment also requires you to sleep meanwhile. So the doctor will give you a **** for sleeping."

"What kind of treatment is that?" You ask as you lie down on the bed.

"One to fix small flaws, making your body look even better for your job as a boi-model." Malee says just seconds before the doctor injects a **** into your arm and you drift off to sleep.
