Small, but crucial surgery

After you have fallen asleep the doctor calls in the nurse from before. She completely undresses you and puts your clothes away. The doctor looks over your naked body and talks with Malee pointing at various places of your body. After a few minutes discussing the doctor takes a marker and draw a few lines on your body. Meanwhile Malee picks up her pocketbook from her purse and takes out a pair of keys. With them she unlocks your chastity cage and takes it off.

Fully naked and with marks on your body where and what the doctor want to do with your body the nurse wheels the hospital bed with you on it out of the office and into the operating-room. It isn't an operating-room following American standards, but it has everything needed and is clean. You lie in the room for a few minutes alone until a few nurses enter. One of them anesthetizes you, which results in you not only being fast asleep, but also not feeling anything during the things to come. Finally the doctor enters wearing the full set of surgery-clothes.

After a last discussion with the nurses the doctor begins his work. He takes a needle connected through a tube to a machine on the side and injects the needle into the side of your abdomen. He moves the needle back and forth and to the sides and a reddish liquid gets pumped through the tube into the machine, where it gets split into a deep red liquid and an orange one. More and more the doctor sucks out of your body and from time to time changes the injection site and the length of the needle. Over more than two hours the doctor sucks fat out of your abdomen until it has become fully flat and the waist is a few inches thinner than the hips.

After a short break the doctor continues your surgery. He makes a small cut under your armpit and with a few instruments makes a gap between your skin and the muscle under it up under your chest. One nurse brings him a surgical pan with a small implant and he inserts it into your chest. After he adjusted the implant the doctor closes the cut before continuing with the other side. As it too is done, you have two small mounds on your chest with each a silicone-implant of 200cc in them. But the mounds are small enough to pass as both small breasts and more prominent pecs, although breasts would be more fitting because of the round shape.

In the meantime a nurse had processed the fat sucked out of your abdomen and had some of it filled into syringes. The doctor takes one of them and injects it into your upper lip. He injects the fat until the lip around the injection site has become much fuller. He repeats the procedure until your lips are plump like a woman's.

With your thinner waist, plump lips and the small breasts you now look more like a boyish girl than a boy. Only your penis and testicles are prove of your gender. But even that part gets worked on by the doctor. However he doesn't cut anything off, instead he just cuts through your spermatic ducts. With that you are from now on not able to ejaculate semen again, though you can still get an erection.

With the your surgery ends. The doctor leaves and the nurses clean you. The anesthesia ends and you get wheeled out of the operation room.

As you wake up a few hours later, you are fully dressed again in the black lacy thong, the hotpants and the white sleeveless crop top, which now has two small mounds. It is already the next day and Malee is with you.
