Chapter 4 by Rapidfyrez Rapidfyrez

What stickers does she choose?

An Attack of Conscience And A Mistake (Natural)

I stared hard at myself in the mirror, wearing only my shower towel. Was I so **** for some form of affection I was willing to ignore the last two years and turn my father into a breeding ****? A glance down at the sticker box and its sheets scattered about was all the confirmation I needed for that train of thought.

It was hard not to look at myself with disgust.

After the trio had almost killed me, things had... improved. Not a lot, but marginally. Dad was making efforts to care, to reach out. We'd even done some therapy before the bills were too much to handle. If I had used the stickers on him...

Hell, if I used them on anyone, it would make me no better than the people that had tormented me all my life. There were villains that used this stuff for their own personal pleasure; Heartbreaker came to mind, and I shuddered. No, I couldn't use the stickers like that, it was beyond wrong.

If I wanted things to get better between dad and I, I would need to reach out to him like a normal person.

So with a sigh I started picking up the stickers and slipping them back in the box. I'd figure out what to do with them at a later date.

Unbeknownst to Taylor, the steam of her shower had loosened the glue on some of the stickers in an almost contrived way. When she slid them back into the box, one of them slid off onto the floor. A moment later, her bare foot stepped onto a fig leaf shaped sticker, and her towel slipped off as she left her bathroom to go get dressed.

Does Taylor Notice her new curse immediately?
