The actual number of decisions we make on a daily basis is extraordinarily difficult to quantify. Everything from the inane, like what should we have for breakfast, to the more drastic, like whether to refinance our house, or to go to work, or to ask that crush out for coffee, has the chance to alter the path of each one of our respective existences. In science fiction, there exists the theory of multiple universes. This trope has been explored in science fiction more times than can be mentioned, but the basic premise is that every moment has the opportunity to create a new future. That is the premise of this story. Each time the reader is faced with a decision, he or she creates a new destiny for the protagonist. The intention behind this series of stories is to create a set of characters grounded in reality, each of whom is on a journey of self-discovery. Each character’s experiences are intended to feel natural, as though these could have actually happened, so while there may be moments of fantastical exploration, there will be no aliens or superheroes in these tales. Whose path will you be altering?

She is a sadist, a domineering queen, who has weaponized past generations of warriors into mindless -spawn. Inside the castle lie perilous traps and dangerous enemies. But perhaps, there is still a way to prevail? If you can maintain your purity, the source of your strength, then anything is possible.
