PLEASE ADD CHAPTERS! A close friend or family member is horribly injured in an accident. As they lay dying in the emergency room, another patient dies of a brain aneurysm. Both of them are organ donors, so a surgeon decides it's the perfect opportunity for him to try an experimental surgery. He transplants the victim's higher brain (the cerebellum) to the donor's body in an attempt to 'save' a life. Amazingly it works. But the surgery was not approved so the hospital convinces the families to keep quiet, arguing that revealing this operation to the public would bring never-ending media attention to all involved. That means that the patient will have to publicly assume the identity of the donor. What will this mean to your friends and family? Who else will you tell? Although you will spend a lot of time and effort giving support, how will all this alter your relationship to the patient? And how will he or she adapt to a complete change of body and identity? Many transformation stories focus on the change or victim, so I thought it would be interesting to instead have the POV be someone who sees the change from the outside. Writers feel free to explore a change in age, gender, class or ethnicity - and the repercussions that change would have on the main character (and others). Men are stereotypically portrayed to be more innocent and pure, dainty and mystical, the fashion-obsessed members of society. This is not a political story. This isn't even a femdom story. The general population is 35 percent male, 35 percent female and 30 percent futa. Futa are generally more well endowed than men or women but also have higher sex drives and require special facilities built so they can relieve themselves if they get too horny or take medication to suppress their urges. The world has pretty advanced bio-technology enough that gender alteration process is possible but expensive, genetic alteration is extremely expensive. The main character is no one special, an average person with maybe one exceptional trait, possibly being very athletic or very intelligent or very charismatic. One thing is for sure the main character likes size, the bigger the better. One day the main character is caught in a freak accident an accident that causes a power to develop in them the power to alter the size of anything and anyone with mere thought. They can grow and shrink anything including themselves simply by thinking it. Will they use it to indulge in their size loving tendencies or use it to alter the pecking order or use it to control the world as a giant? It's up to you.
