Chapter 8 by Cyberweasel89 Cyberweasel89

What's first on the agenda?

You find Zoe being confronted...

"Let's just walk around and see what we can find," you suggest.

"See, Amy? Sam knows we don't need plans! We can just walk around and see what we stumble into!" Chris says, poking the shortstack in the shoulder.

Amy smacks the tomboy's hand away. "Fiiine! It certainly worked last time we played DnD. C'mon, let's head down here."

You, Chris, and Amy head out of the crowd and down the path to the right of the stage. As you walk though, you see something out of the corner of your eye. Rebecca and Dana, heading back stage. You're so distracted by the foreboding feeling from the admittedly painfully familiar look on their faces that you don't notice Chris and Amy calling for you. "I'll catch up!" you call back to them. Brow furrowed with a purpose, you head after your two former peer pressurers, unpleasant memories rushing back to you.

When you first entered high school, you were a shy nerd who ended up falling in with a gang thanks to your surprise skill in a fight. You were labeled a delinquent but by the end of your freshman year, the rest of your gang was busted in a **** raid that you escaped because you had enough sense to not want any part in ****. But with the only people you knew gone, you were a **** target. Rebecca and Dana swooped in and scooped you up, eager for some muscle. You're not exactly a wide guy, but you're tall, flexible, and you have reach and great reflexes. You were great as an enforcer for those two when they got a mind for trouble, but so long as they didn't have idle hands for the devil to use... they weren't all that bad to hang with. But you don't regret drifting away from them. You know they were just using you. You spent two years bullying people as their lackey, including Zoe. One time Dana even broke her expensive new glasses. Call it pattern recognition, but this entire situation just makes you think those two are planning something.

Behind the stage is a series of storage crates where Zoe is sitting, taking a breather and putting her glasses back on before she heads out to walk the fair grounds. She looks up when she hears two familiar sets of footsteps, her face reacting like a frightened rabbit hearing a twig snap and staring at a fox and wolf eyeing her up.

"Hey, Zoe!" Rebecca the fox gives a wave. Zoe the bunny doesn't respond.

"Ya know, I always thought you were a scared little bunny, but... This takes the cake! Guess you've finally embraced being prey, huh?" Dana the wolf chides, hands on her hips as she takes a spread-legged stance. You're surprised she's not T-posing, she's so blatant about asserting her dominance.

You never did figure out what Rebecca and Dana had against Zoe... You never had the nerve to ask, you were always so cowed by the two. Zoe was a weirdo, but she kept to herself, doodling in her notebooks away from the crowds. You suspect Dana and Rebecca just randomly decided she was an easy target and never got the hint from her lack of reaction that she wasn't a good target. Zoe always had a tendency to just sit back and let bullies do what they wanted to her, but it was precisely this lack of entertaining reaction that meant most bullies did a "one and done" with her. It was only Dana and Rebecca who were persistent in their harassment of her. They made you do things you regret, but what you most regret is standing there and letting them do it. From what you heard, they left her alone after you defected to Chris and Amy, having lost their trump card and intimidation factor. But considering this might be the biggest event of senior year... you fear something huge.

Dana stomps forward, shoving her palm onto the back of the stall Zoe is leaning against on her crate. She flinches, but doesn't say anything. "Ha! She really is a little bunny! Scared, prey-like..." She looks down at Zoe's impressive cleavage and bare shoulders. "And promiscuous."

Rebecca slinks forward, a hand running up Zoe's skirt. "Did you make this yourself? It's such a stupid dress... And I think I heard a rumor from the boys in front..."

The cheerleader flips Zoe's skirt up. This elicits an actual verbal response, but only an "Eep!" as Zoe pushes her skirt back down.

"Holy shit! She's not wearing panties! What a slut!" Dana howls with laughter.

Rebecca fingers the material of the skirt between her fingers. "But you know, you're a bunny, right? And bunnies don't wear clothes..."

Uh oh...

Do you stop this? Can you stop this?!
