You Check The Bed

You decide to see what's behind the curtains surrounding the large bed. It could have some kind of loot left on top of the mattress or at least the remains of some dead noblest who was layed to rest with some valuables. It might not be a good idea to disturb the dead, but you need to bring home something to show for your search if you don't find the treasure chest. You walk across the red cloth covered floor, your steps muffled by the thick layers layed over the ground, the fabric showing the dirty prints of your boots as you step closer to the end of the bed. You make it to the opening and pause for a moment before using your hands to pass the break in the curtains. Just before your nerve gets cold, you push them far aside to face what is laying in the bed.
