Try to stand.

It's gone from bad to worse. Not only is she completely free from her bindings, but dressed as well. On top of her nylon bodysuit are her matching set of shorts and a crop top just like before, but now she has whimsical pointed shoes, two necklaces around her neck each ending with a different pendant--a pink cat and a blue moon. Gold bracelets adorn her wrists, and a high-collar cloak hangs down her back. What's odd is that there is no wind present inside, yet it still billows as if she were outdoors. Lastly, a pointed witch hat sits on her head, though it seems one size too large.

The green-haired sorceress poses yet again, just like before, though it seems like she has a whole repertoire of different dramatic stances. She points her wand straight towards you after she finishes her entrance.

"You think you have bested me!" she shouts. "But it was all a trick. I am the great Kashura Saylinor, Sorceress Queen that works alongside the great Mistress Catherine, after all!"

Niki is busy dealing with the man. Amara and Eva can't fight in close range. Now there's a mage to deal with, on top of the woman standing behind you, ready to strike a second time.

"Stop. Leave him to me," Kashura says.

"Are you sure?" asks the vampiress. "He's moments away from--"

"I said leave him to me! I must punish him for making me look foolish."

"I thought you said it was a trick," you mutter from below.

Kashura begins speaking but trips over her words. "Shut up and stand!"

Whether it's good fortune or not, you're allowed to both stand and move away from the vampiress at the door. Your back burns, but you're starting to get used to it, and the adrenaline pumping helps a lot. The downside is you aren't certain how to combat this mage. Your ring hasn't recharged yet, and if the other vampires are taking orders from her, she must be strong.

But now, the vampiress is going after Eva and Amara!

You turn and move to bolt to their rescue, but then a flash of light comes from your opponent.

As Kashura extends out her hand, a bright, crackling white energy formulates around her arm and swirls within her palm. She casts the spell rather quickly, and she speaks the magic words, "Lightning Lasso!" As she does, she whips her hand forwards, and a flash of light races towards you. Energy binds your torso like a rope around you, which leads back to an end held within her hand. You're immediately pulled back.

"Damn it!" You grit your teeth.

Kashura grins. "Now I can show you your place, dog."

Before you can speak, she sends a sudden shock of electricity into your body, nearly dropping you to the ground.

"Amara... Eva..." you mutter. As you turn your gaze slowly towards them, you're taken by surprise--something good this time. Finally.

You hear, "Locked on". There's an explosion, like the sound of a spell. It isn't Magic Bolt, yet it sounds familiar. The vampiress is up against the wall, but that isn't all. she also has a hole right in her stomach with a trail of smoke leading up to the ceiling. Amara and Eva stand back with their saviour standing before them.

It's just like before. Alice's arm has transformed to hold two, long barrels up to her shoulder, and they hum with a bright blue energy. Her demeanour has changed--serious, focused. The sound you heard was a magical blast fires from her arm cannon.

The woman looks shocked but furious. As the hole begins to close, she creeps towards the golem girl.

Though as she does, Alice is quick. She whips a vial of holy water directly into her face, spins around, and fires again. Two more powerful magic blasts fire from Alice's weapon into the torso of the vampire, not only slamming her up against the wall, but leaving her lifeless. She falls to the ground and dissolves into a pile of ash.

"Alice!" Eva cries and wraps her arms around her from behind.

"We must help Mr. Warren," Amara says.

"Of course we must," Alice says. "I will not allow any of you to fall."
