The One With "Mushrooms"

You spot one doorway that has oddly shaped blue glowing mushrooms. They seem to have a long thick cylinder stem with a wide cone top (similar to a certain sexual organ).

It may not be to desirable, but the inner hallway was well illuminated by their glow. You walk into the hall, finding that erosion and over growing mushrooms have broken away the walls and ceiling, making it a larger and wider cave tunnel. Bioluminescent moss covers the rocks and boulders as you make your way down the tunnel, guided by the increasing number of mushrooms sprouting between the brick floor. Then, something quietly echoes from ahead. You can't quite make it out, but it at least sounded human. You continue further in as the echoes get louder and are definitely something that sounds human.

You round a slick stone carved piler and head down to a large chamber filled with the glowing fungus. Some have grown to monstrous size and seem to hold up the ceiling as they sit against the wall. A few cliffs and other small tunnels are completely covered in them, using the moss as a bed from which to claim the entire dungeon corridor. There were even small pits around random areas filled with mushrooms that cover the walls. Some could barely hold a human as the shrooms cover every surface of the tube-like holes in a circular pattern with a large one sticking out from the bottom. Either intentional traps or just accidents of nature, you cannot say.

The chamber is filled with spores from the tips of the mushrooms. Every so often, one will shoot more into the air from the tip with a controlled burst. It almost makes it harder to see. You look about the chamber until you catch sight of the source of the echoes in the middle of the transformed room.
