Talking To Sayuri

From not knowing if this was a good idea or not, Finn started getting nervous, as he approached the house he heard Sayuri in. She was doing some stuff that was very noisy, and was what caught his attention in the first place, but it was clear that she didn't expect him to talk with her, and it actually seemed like she hated it. So far, Finn has had a bad impression of the foxgirl, since she keeps ignoring him, avoiding conversations, and even being rude at some points. But even though it seemed like she hated him, and didn't ever want to talk to him, Finn still decided to try socializing with her, and hopefully getting to meet her properly this time.

"Hey Sayuri, what are you doing?" - Finn asked, with a pure friendly voice, that didn't even show the nervousness he had at the moment. He didn't risk stepping into the house, since he thought he could catch her doing something bad, which she of course wouldn't like, and would ruin all of the chances of them becoming friends. So to try the safe approach, Finn attempted to be as casual as possible, and even then, it seemed like his attitude wasn't good enough for Sayuri, as she still didn't want anything to do with him.

"What do you care?" - Sayuri asked aggressively, not being scared of showing her discontent towards Finn, as even though she stepped out of the house, she continued ignoring him, as she started sorting some fruits, right next to him. And while Finn was offended by her response, and by the way she was purposefully avoiding eye contact, he tried not getting mad, since that of course wouldn't help things, although he couldn't stand that type of attitude from her. But as he was mostly confused, about how she was upset at him, when he didn't even do anything to her, he tried to remain calm, and continue being friendly, hoping that he could find his answers that way.

"Come on, I'm just trying to be friendly... that's just plain rude..." - Finn said, with a more playful tone, to let Sayuri know how she was acting, and that he didn't like her response, in a friendly manner, so she wouldn't get more mad at him. Sayuri thought about his response for a while, and as Finn got excited to see her thinking, since he thought she was considering the idea of becoming friends, he was disappointed to see that she was just thinking of a better way to turn him down.

"Well, I don't care... and if that isn't clear to you then I'll tell you again with nicer words... I don't want to talk to you." - Sayuri replied, with a more polite, soft, but still disrespectful tone, as her words hurt Finn, with her harsh honesty, and specially by the way she was so direct. He wasn't sure if he could take that response, as he still didn't know why she was mad at him, and because he didn't know what he did to her, and he believed he could still be friends with her, he tried once again, to convince her to talk to him.

"Why not? I mean, I know you think I'm weird and all... but, we don't know each other, and I would really like to know you... I just want to be your friend..." - Finn asked, with the same playful tone, that turned a little timid, as he wanted Sayuri to know how eager he was to talk to her, and letting her know his intentions, as he truly just wanted to get to know her, and become friends. But even though Sayuri found his tone sincere, and she wanted to believe him, she couldn't bring herself to talk with him, since she was aware of some of the naughty stuff he had done, with pretty much all of the girls on the island.

"Sure..." - Sayuri replied, with a sarcastic voice, as she couldn't imagine Finn would be that innocent. She was already suspecting that he had sex with her sister, she knew that he was into polyamory, and a bunch of other stuff, that she really didn't like. Sayuri knew, that if she became his friend, it could lead to her having sex with him, maybe turning into another one of his girlfriends, maybe get ignored, since he will be too busy with other girls, and end up accidentally pregnant with his baby, because he still is very dumb, when it comes to sex . But since her tone wasn't clear to Finn, and he couldn't tell the reasons why she disliked him, he tried to negotiate with her again, and try to make her his friend, even though it seemed very unlikely.

"I'm serious, I would never hurt you, I just want to talk... you know, it would be nice to make more friends, and that's all I want..." - Finn said, with a heartfelt smile, that he hoped would convince Sayurito at least try talking to him. But as she tried to ignore him, and he just kept pushing it, she finally had enough of his friendliness, and was too frustrated at him, something she couldn't contain anymore.

"No, you don't want that... You are a pervert, and you probably already see me in weird, sexual ways..." - Sayuri replied at Finn, with a raised tone, almost yelling, and with a huge menacing frown, that then turned a little awkward, as she told him why she didn't like talking to him, or why she feared if she did. But as Sayuri finally turned around to Finn, to express all of her discontent, he was able to see the true anger in her face, and started to realize what he meant. He was a little confused at first, but he quickly understood why Sayuri would be uncomfortable with talking to him, since what she told him is the truth. She probably already knew everything that he was doing to all of these girls, so Finn was flexible, and tried to explain himself a little bit, since he knew Sayuri was very skeptical of him{if Outdoor Sex = 1} (and she also caught him having sex with Faranne in the park, so of course she wouldn't trust his intentions){endif}.

"What? No... I mean, I can't say that you are wrong... but I haven't even gotten the chance to meet you properly, so right now you only seem like a cool foxgirl that I like... And I don't think it would be too bad to be a friend of a pervert, right?" - Finn asked, in disbelief at first, before trying his hardest to come across as a sincere guy, with pure intentions, at least for Sayuri in this case, since he definitely didn't see her in a sexual way, not yet. He did find her very pretty, and he could imagine having sex with her, but that's not what he wanted with her, and it seemed like Sayuri was finally being able to see that, since she tried looking past his naughty incidents, and trust his word, or at least consider the idea that he genuinely only wanted to be her friend.

"Fine... What do you want?" - Sayuri complied, in a very pessimistic manner, but still, she convinced herself that Finn wasn't that big of a pervert, and that they could be friends. But as Finn was happy to see her response, he still noticed how she didn't fully trust him, so even though she agreed on talking to him, he wanted to reassure his intentions, to make it clear that he only wants to talk.

"I just want to know more about you... But first, I want to know how you are doing, and what were you doing... if that isn't too much to ask, of course..." - Finn replied, with a playful, and charming smile, that actually seemed very honest, like he was truly just trying to be friendly to the foxgirl. But while he was proud of his response, and even considered it funny, Sayuri didn't like the fact that he was trying hard to be friendly, but since she didn't want to be rude, and because he trusted him know, she decided to talk a bit with him, like friends.

"Ugh... I'm fine, I guess... and I was just crafting some stuff with things I've found around the village..." - Sayuri said, after an ashamed sigh, as she couldn't believe she was going to talk to Finn. She was weirded out by his friendly behavior, but after a while, she started liking it, although she hesitated to get friendly too, until he continued talking, to make sure he was actually just being friendly.

"Woah, that sounds so cool... Can I see what you have crafted, or you don't want to show me?" - Finn asked, with an enthusiastic grin, that after proving to Sayuri, that he wasn't a pervert, or at least not with her, she was inclined to respond to him, without any type of insults, and completely respectful now. She even gave him her first smile, that made him excited, as he got to see Sayuri in a different mood, that was clearly showing, with her genuine, friendly, and even a bit shy smile, as she was flattered by his question.

"I guess there wouldn't be a problem to show you some of my crafts... but first, I need you to bring me some materials to craft some more, then I can show you" - Sayuri replied, after immediately changing her view of Finn, as she know believed he was friendly. But as she couldn't just become friends with him, from a few nice words, she needed him to prove his intentions, by helping him a little. And while Finn was glad to see her like this, he was now the one skeptical of her, since it felt like she was taking advantage of his friendliness, to get whatever she wanted.

"Think of it as a favor for a friend, you wouldn't like to upset your new friend, right??" - Sayuri asked, with a more playful smile, that fully convinced Finn, as it now showed how the foxgirl was comfortable talking to him, or at least feeling good enough to make a joke, that made both of them chuckle, before they kept staring at each other. They were still suspicious of one another, but as Finn really wanted to become Sayuri's friend, he tried not questioning her request, and decided to help her, by collecting a few materials for the foxgirl.
