Chapter 10 by SpiralFelix SpiralFelix

Can Mackenzie make it out of the park without further incident?

She can't resist one last chance at happiness

As they were walking towards the park exit, Mackenzie made sure to keep a tight grip on her towel. How did the day go so horribly wrong? she mused. I used to love this place, but after today I think I officially hate it. They strolled past a Captain Marley statue and Mackenzie couldn't help but jump slightly, and cling more tightly to Ryan. She was developing a, perhaps not unwarranted, fear that interacting with anything Marley related would inevitably lead to embarrassment.

The towel-clad girl suddenly noticed something that sparked a deep memory. It was a wooden cut-out, the kind designed for people to stick their heads through and have their pictures taken. As she saw it, Mackenzie remembered that on her childhood visits here, she'd always had her picture taken at that particular one, without fail. She stopped in her tracks, pulling Ryan to a halt.

"What is it?" he asked.

"That cut-out," she said, wistfully. "I used to have my picture taken at it when I was young. Every time."

Maybe... just maybe... she thought. Mackenzie began walking over to the cut-out.

"Wait, Mackenzie are you serious?" Ryan asked. "That thing's for kids!"

Mackenzie didn't listen. She walked up to it anyway. It featured Captain Marley saying "Yer me best mate!" to a small pirate body with a hole for a head. Mackenzie had to have this. Even if everything else today was absolutely terrible, having this one cherished memory would go a long ways towards her feeling better.

"Take my picture, will ya?" she asked as she moved behind the cut-out. Ryan sighed but pulled out his phone. Mackenzie had to crouch down low to get to the right height, then she put her head through the hole. It took a little bit of forcing, but she was able to get her head through the child-sized hole. It put an uncomfortable pressure on her neck, so she was **** to make her torso as horizontal as possible. Unfortunately, this mean straightening her legs and sticking her ass in the air, but she figured it would only be for a few seconds. The beauty gave her best smile and Ryan snapped the pic. This is what I needed, she thought. Maybe this place isn't all bad... Mackenzie tried to pull her head out, but couldn't move it. She tried harder, but was met with similar resistance.

"Uh..." she said hesitantly, "I think I might be stuck."

Ryan shot her an "I told you so" look but moved behind the cut-out to help her anyway. Mackenzie pushed against the wood and Ryan wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled. Nothing. The couple tried a few more times but all they got was the occasional "Ow!" from Mackenzie.

"I hate to say it, but I think I need to go find some help," Ryan said.

"Wait! Don't leave me like this!" Mackenzie cried.

"If I don't find someone to help then you're just going to be stuck there sticking your ass in the air." Mackenzie blushed, remembering her embarrassing stance. "I'll go find a park employee and come right back. I'll just be a few minutes!" Ryan said.

"Okay..." Mackenzie weakly said. She gulped nervously. Then, Mackenzie continued futilely trying to shove herself free of her wooden cage. "Come on... come on..." Finally, she was met with a new result. Mackenzie's towel came loose and slid off her body. "SHIT! NO NO NO!" she cursed as she tried to pick the towel up off the ground. But with her neck locked in place, her arms simply couldn't reach it. Mackenzie was stuck there alone, completely naked, trapped in the cut-out.

What happens to Mackenzie?
