Red Kryptonite (#30)

Lois had never seen a red opal...but it was like that. Dark around the edges, but in the depths, little reflective flakes...gleaming like the eyes of a cat...and a tingle swept through her body.

"What...what happens now?" Lois whispered.

Maria brought a hand down to caress Lois' cheek. "It's already happening. Look."

Lois glanced at Maria...and gasped, at the tawny fur that began sprouting on her shoulders, arms, and legs. She felt the tingle increase in her extremities, and looked down at her own hands. The fingers were shrinking, becoming stubby. Lois felt the weird pressure as her hands were **** into a weird posture. It wasn't painful...and she watched with morbid fascination as the black pads pushed through the palm of her hand, and her fingernails curled and hardened into ivory-colored claws.

She heard a shaking, and looked over at Maria. The other woman's arms and legs had already shrunk in on themselves, and she teetered on all fours, claws clicking on the hard floor. The fur continued to spread...Lois saw that while the fur on her limbs and back was dark and tawny, that on her belly was pure white, disappearing into a ruff around her genitals. Only her breasts remained unchanged, untouched by fur, the pierced pink nipples erect, but the bone structure of the chest beneath it was deep. Her head was still human, though the dyed red-and-pink hair was forming into a kind of mane that spilled down her back.

A sudden pressure on her backside brought a yowl to Lois' throat, and she immediately stood up on all fours—totally by instinct—and saw the tawny tail that emerged from the base of her spine, a tuft of black hair at the tip. Curiously, she twitched it, amazed at how natural the sensation felt.

Lois stretched, examining her new body. Except for the head and breasts, it was catlike—although she had not shrunk in size at all. The tingle spread to her mouth and Lois ran her tongue—now quite a long and generous pink organ—over her now-sharp teeth.

"I'm...a sphinx." the reporter said, somewhat surprised to hear her own human voice. Maria padded over to her, tits bobbing slightly. She laid a paw on Lois' shoulder and gave a not-quite-gentle shove. Lois rolled over on her back, legs spread...she stared down past the valley of her own palmable breasts, at the white expanse of fur on her belly, and made out the twin rows of teats on either side...

"After a change." Maria said, leaning down on her forepaws so that her head hovered over Lois' widespread hind limbs. "It's good to do a thorough examination. Looks like you're a gynosphinx...but let's check." The woman opened her mouth to reveal a purple tongue that hung past her chin...right above Lois' pink slit.

Lois felt oddly ****, but not threatened. There was a new heat in her loins. Maria had said she was a gynosphinx...gyno for woman. But that meant there were other possibilities. As the tongue dipped down toward her sex, Lois wondered what she was, now.
