Productive Day

Faranne called everyone for breakfast, as she started cooking something a simple, but big meal, as she had to feed three new mouths now. And while Adeline and Finn waited for the others to show up, they set up the table, and tried to talk a bit more. Finn was still very curious to know about his fertility test of last night, since he wanted to confirm if Adeline told him the truth. But before he could, he was surprised by his girlfriend, who jumped at him as soon as she saw him.

"Good morning my love!" - Zoey cheered with a giggle, as she hugged Finn's neck, and pulled him to nuzzle up to him, making him feel very nervous, but very loved at the same time.

"Good morning Zoey, how are you doing?" - Finn asked his girlfriend, with a blushing expression, that made Zoey's smile even bigger.

"I'm doing wonderful, there is nothing better than seeing my boyfriend in the morning..." - Zoey replied playfully, making Finn chuckle, before being caught off guard by her kiss. Even though not many of his friends noticed their kiss, Finn still felt very embarassed, specially since he knew soon he was probably going to have sex with Zoey again, and that time would be much different from the first.

But while he tried not to get too ahead of himself, Finn sat with Zoey at the table, to then be accompanied by Adeline, Lilith, Itzel, Katsumi, Sayuri, and last but not least, Faranne, who finished cooking breakfast for her friends, and started serving it to them. But as they all began devouring her delicious meal, Faranne took the opportunity to inform them what they all had to do today.

"Alright, listen up... we still have a lot of work to do, so today we are going to dedicate our time to securing more of the island, and gathering more resources... Zoey and I will take care of building barriers around the lake, and maybe Adeline can come with us too..." - Faranne began talking, and immediately received the full attention of everyone at the table, even Adeline, although she didn't seem too eager to do some hard work.

"Lilith and Itzel like always are going to collect some food, and you Finn... I think you deserve a bit of a break, so help them with gathering food..." - Faranne continued saying, now getting Finn's attention, as he was relieved to hear he didn't have to do much today. But since seemingly everyone seemed to have a task for today, and they looked determined to do them, Faranne took notice of the fox sisters, who didn't have anything to do. And to not make them feel excluded, Faranne decided to give them a task too, although not something too hard, so they get used to working at the village.

"And you two... you can help with storing all of the resources we collect in those houses... Make sure you tidy up the place, and organize it well so we can easily access the food when we need it" - Faranne told Katsumi and Sayuri, while pointing at a few old houses next to a big tree at the village. And even though she felt like she gave them a big task, Faranne was glad to see that the foxgirls wanted to help.

So with everyone at the village having a specific task to do, after the breakfast they all went to work. Not a single one complained, and Faranne was even proud to see that they were all willing to participate. But since they haven't done so much work in a while, she only has to see if they are able to make this a productive day or not, although it did look very promising.

Lilith and Itzel immediately started hunting for food, and since they had a natural skill to gather resources, they didn't have any trouble with their task. Although Finn did seem to be left behind, as he wasn't able to keep up with Lilith's hunting skills, or Itzel's perfect eye for good fruits. So while everyone started doing their job, he felt a bit useless, since even Katsumi and Sayuri were already cleaning up the old houses.

Finn wandered around the village for a while, without doing any work, as he couldn't find any resources. While he was starting to feel bad for himself, he found someone that was doing as much work as he was doing. He found Adeline making a cute dance in the middle of the park, and while he thought it was weird, he just chuckled at it, and decided to ignore it.

Finn at least knew he wasn't the only one doing nothing, but he didn't want it to stay that way. So even though he had the desire of dancing with Adeline, he instead chose to ask Faranne for advice. Zoey already went to the lake to build up barriers, but luckily Faranne stayed at the village for a while, to see how his friends were doing with their tasks, so Finn was able to approach her.

"Hey Faranne... I don't really know what I can do... I mean, Lilith and Itzel are doing all the work and I don't think I can do nearly as much as them..." - Finn said with a timid expression, as he was ashamed to tell Faranne he wasn't doing anything. But while she was a little disappointed to hear Finn couldn't help that much with gathering resources, Faranne still felt very proud for him, mainly because his honesty warmed her heart.

"It’s okay, I know... that's why I gave you that task, I don't want you to work that much... you need to save your energies for training with me" - Faranne replied with a sweet smile, that made Finn feel better, but also much more motivated to help her with work.

"Oh, I get it... but I want to do some work, it’s not fair that everyone is doing something and I'm not..." - Finn said with enthusiasm, while ignoring the fact that Adeline was dancing instead of working, to make Faranne feel proud of him. And while she already felt proud of Finn, Faranne couldn't say no to his kindness, and determination to help her, so she decided to let him do some work.

"You are so sweet Finn... I love to hear you want to help out... and I think we could use some more crabs for lunch, so can you go to the beach to get them for me?" - Faranne asked Finn with dearing eyes, like she was in love with his kind heart. And even though Finn got a bit shy to see Faranne talking to him like that, he had a task to do, so he wasn't going to get distracted anymore.

"Yes, sure... but you don't need to ask, it’s my duty..." - Finn replied with a serious tone, and then made a salute gesture to Faranne, to show his loyalty to her as a soldier, which she found it so silly, she couldn't stop laughing for a minute.

"Okay then my sweet boy... go make me proud..." - Faranne said playfully, after laughing at how serious Finn looked. But before he could start with his task, Faranne had one last thing to say to him.

"But hey, get me some coconuts too... you know I looove the milk..." - Faranne added, with an unexpected flirty voice, and lustful eyes, that made Finn instantly nervous, and even more by the erotic gesture she made. But to not let himself get distracted by Faranne's seductive words, Finn tried to run away as fast as possible, and ignore her to focus on doing his task. And as Faranne started laughing, she watched how Finn ran with determination to the beach, where he was going to complete his task.
