What Does Lois Do Now?

Answer The Phone

Lois Lane was entertaining the merits of a post-coital victory lap when the phone rang. With a sigh, she heaved herself out of the tub full of jizz. Her bare feet left grey-white, sticky prints on the floor, the goo dripping and drying on her body. She wiped her hand off on the kitchen towel just so she wouldn't get baby batter on the phone.

"Hello?" Lois asked. The number wasn't familiar. An unknown caller. Area code...666?

"Miss Lane," a woman's voice, strange accent, vaguely Mediterranean. Breathy.

"Speaking," the reporter said.

"You stole something that isn't yours," the voice said. "From the shrine beneath the club."

Lois froze, suddenly attentive. Who would know that? How would they get her number?

"You need to bring it back," the woman on the other end of the phone told her. "Tonight."

"And if I don't?" Lois hedged.

"Then four women will die." The voice was perfectly even, as though the lives meant no more to her than cockroaches scuttling across the floor. Lois took a deep breath, feeling the weariness of the night, but knowing her work was not yet done.

"When and where?"

"The altar. As soon as possible. And Miss Lane? No big blue boyscout. Understood?"

Lois frowned. Whoever it was, knew not only who she was but about Superman. No real surprise, that. But it meant they were worried.

"Understood. Give me an hour."

The line went dead. The reporter automatically did a search for the number...unlisted, but the area code was a dead giveaway that somebody had spoofed it. Lois set the smartphone down.

A grim smile came to her face. She tip-toed back into the bathroom to scrub off the cum. Whoever was behind this, Lois now knew that she had something they wanted. That gave her leverage. And she had a place and time to meet them.

"The game's afoot," the reporter said, leaving the stinking, cum-filled mess in the bathroom for later.
