Perfunctorily

The reporter gritted her teeth. She might have to strip, but that didn't mean she had to be sexy about it. Lois turned her back to Blaze and kicked off her shoes, then slid off her pants.

Nothing sexy about it, she insisted to herself. Just like taking off your clothes in a locker room. No one's watching.

Except Blaze was watching. The reporter could almost feel the demon's eyes on her as her panties and bra lay on the pile with her other clothes. One arm covering her breasts and the other between her legs to preserve whatever modesty she had left, Lois turned around.

She had to phrase her next question very carefully, she knew.

Her mind went back to what she knew about demons. Not much, as it turned out. Myths and legends, with no way to know how much of any of them was true or not. Trying to ask for a true name or something was probably foolish. Lois decided to take a more direct route.

"If I answer all your questions, will you set the women free?"

The half-smile on Blaze's face slipped as she considered the question. Lois could feel a kind of tension in the air between them, the oath-magic doing its work. If she said "yes," then Lois knew she only had to endure whatever the demon could come up with. If she said "no," then she knew she could end the game early...or at least try to.

"Yes," the demon said, nodding gently.

A sense of relief went through Lois. That meant she only had seven questions to get through.

"You're being very modest, Lois," the demon observed. "You cover yourself quite easily, with those tiny tits. But I wonder...what would you look like if your breasts were bigger?"

Lois looked down at her breasts in horror as every hair on her skin seemed to stand on end. She smelled ozone, felt the tingle of static electricity, and then there was a silent crash of far-off thunder, and she felt a tremendous pressure against her arm...
