Madison reports the plan

"Here's the deal," Madison says. "We're splitting up. Some of us are going to go through the school to put Rebecca's clothes in the front hall, and some of us are going to look for Sam. He's probably just outside waiting for us to leave, so we're going to see if we can flush him out."

"Yeah, I've got a couple ideas for that," Karishma says. She starts to retrieve your clothing from her locker.

"Mia and Lisa are going to watch the locker room door to make sure no one comes in. You," she says to Rachel, "can get dressed or whatever and then peace out. Doesn't seem like you're interested in having more fun anyway."

Madison starts emptying Rebecca's locker. She removes got some spare clothes, Rebecca's cell phone, and a box of tic tacs. Then she chuckles. "Check it out, ladies," she says as she withdraws a box of condoms from the locker. "Always be prepared, I guess!"

This time, it's your turn to look quizzically at Rebecca, who doesn't meet your gaze.

Karishma has your clothes bundled up now. She says, "So, who's with me, and who's going with Madison?"

"I'm definitely with you," Amanda says. "I want to spend a little more time with Sammy boy."

Most of the other girls agree with that. Jillian says, "Me too," but Madison punches her in the shoulder.

"No you're not," Madison barks. She's clearly unsettled by Karishma's charismatic coup. "You're coming with me." She points to one of the other girls and says, "You, too. You get the lucky job of planting the goods."

You're pretty sure that girl's name is Ariel, like the mermaid. Unlike the mermaid, she's short, has straight, shoulder-length brown hair, and wears glasses. Like the mermaid, she's a total nerd. Ariel's a transfer, which sucks enough in your senior year. She's also, you seem to recall, **** for friends. You heard that she still does Dungeons and Dragons sessions online with her old high school friends, but she auditioned for cheerleading to try to meet new people. She's been trying, not very successfully, to fit in. Maybe this is her chance?

"Fine with me," Rachel says, and the plan seems to be in motion.

Madison, Jillian, and Ariel walk toward the locker room door that leads into the school. Karishma leads Amanda and the rest of the squad to the outer exit. Mia and Lisa are in the rear, presumably to take up their post guarding the outside door.

This leaves Rachel alone in the locker room. Well, with you and Rebecca watching from ten feet away.
