Hypno-ring

The Hypno-ring is a classic hypnotic device hidden in the guise of a ring. All a person has to do is point the ring at their intended target and speak what you want them to believe or act. It looks like a cheap plastic ring with a spiral on it. The target does have to have seen the ring at least once before the user can use the ring on the target without them seeing it.
