How To Love

Finn walked to Faranne's door, and knocked twice, even though he was scared to talk to her, he knew he had to do it. He couldn't let awkwardness ruin their relationship, so he had to come to a solution with her, specially now, that he thought he had a good idea, although he got it from Lilith, so he wasn't very sure if it was going to work. He didn't get much time to think though, as Faranne opened the door, and greeted him with a smile.

"Hello Finn, how are you doing?" - Faranne asked casually, like she had no worries on her mind.

"Uhh, I'm good... how about you?" - Finn replied nervously, immediately turning things awkward, but since Faranne liked when he got awkward, she continued talking.

"First, I need to say that I'm sorry for what happened at lunch, I don't like to behave like that, specially in front of you... but I acted like a bitch because I just can't really trust that girl... but I'm going to try... I'm still going to keep an eye out for her but I'll try to be more flexible" - Faranne said with a disappointed frown, as she was genuinely sorry for her behavior, which surprised Finn, since he has rarely seen her apologize for something.

"Yea, she seems nice, I don't think she is an evil robot girl so you shouldn't worry about her... I'm sure you will grow fond of her just like you did with me... but I came here to talk about something else" - Finn said playfully, which made Faranne smile, but her reaction caused him to get a little shy.

"Oh, I see... are you ready to talk about that? I mean... is a very serious topic, I think... it is important to us so maybe you can take more time to think about it..." - Faranne said ,with a sweet tone, and a reassuring smile, that calmed Finn. But as he was ready to talk about their situation, he looked at her in the eyes, and with the last amount of confidence, he replied.

"No... I'm ready... we need to talk about this right now" - Finn said, with an assertive tone, that made Faranne smile. She was happy to hear his reply, so she turned around, and opened the door, so they could go inside her house.

"Alright, then let's talk about it..." - Faranne said, as she entered her house, with Finn following her shortly after. Now that they were inside, Finn closed the door, and Faranne sat on the bed, it looked like they could have sex again, but from the emotional expression on Faranne's face, Finn knew they were about to discuss big important topics of their lives. He had to be mature, and remain calm, to be able to express himself with her, but as he prepared to explain his situation, Faranne started talking.

"Finn, I'm so sorry... seriously, I don't know what happened to me or how we ended up like this... but as you said, I grew very fond of you throughout all of these years I spent with you... I still can't believe that you have grown so much, that you are not still a little boy, that you are already a man... a man that I have fallen in love with... but I can't control myself... I just wanted you so bad, I felt so lonely and my feelings for you were so strong that it led me to do that... clearly I wasn't thinking about the consequences of my actions... it was inmature and just very, very dumb to kiss you... I couldn't contain myself anymore and now I feel like I manipulated you, I **** you to be with me when you clearly have Zoey to be your lover... I wanted to be that, I guess... I want to love you because you truly mean everything to me and you don't know all the things you make me feel... but it feels wrong, it doesn't sound fair that I had sex with you when you didn't even know what it was... I took advantage of you, and I don't think I could ever forgive myself for it... I understand if you don't love me because I did something so awful to you and it’s okay if you stay with Zoey and make her your lover... You can hate me and push me away from your life if you want to... I wouldn't be mad, I understand why you would do it... I deserve it for being such an idiot... so it’s okay if you want to stop what's going on between us, I know it’s not right and I should know better, even though I'm the adult in this situation I should grow up and learn from my mistake..." - Faranne said, with increasing pain, and sadness in her voice. She was almost crying at the end, before she was interrupted by Finn, who took a while to digest everything that Faranne was saying. But after the initial surprise, he knew he had to intervene, and explain himself, so she could stop hating herself.

"No... is okay... it’s not your fault… Please don't say those things about you because they are not true... you are not an idiot, you are the most beautiful, smart and caring woman I have ever met... and I know that doesn't mean much coming from me but I really feel that way about you... and that's why I want to tell you that I do love you too... You didn't manipulate me, or **** me to do anything... I'm old enough to take decisions like that and I chose to show you all of the love I have for you, even though I was a little horny at the time... I still knew what was happening so I love you and I agreed to have sex with you... it felt so magical and like the most wonderful moment in my life, that I'm glad I had the chance to share with you... You also mean a lot to me, that's why I have such a big crush on you... But please, don't think this was your fault... I want to be with you... in all sorts of romantic ways, just like you love me... and I love you so much that I don't regret making love last night... I actually wish I could do it every single night with you... that's how much I want you..." - Finn replied, with a sweet tone, that caught Faranne off guard. She couldn't believe the words that were coming out of his mouth, and even though it filled her with joy, and got rid of most of her worries, and insecurities, knowing that Finn had always loved her, and that their love was mutual, she still started to get emotional again. She began crying of happiness, although she still felt a little guilty, as there was a clear age difference between them, and she was the one that convinced him to have sex with her.

"Finn, I don't know what to say... I'm so messed up... you have me crazy in love with you, you don't know how much that means to me..." - Faranne sobbed, but before she could start crying, Finn pulled her into a big hug, where she placed her head on his shoulder, and hugged him closely, to cry, and calm herself down. She was so thankful for having Finn with her, as he was very supportive, and comforted her, even when he was weirded out by her crying, as he has never seen her cry.

"Is okay... see, I love you... you don't have to worry about it... maybe our relationship is wrong but I can't deny the love I have for you" - Finn whispered sweetly, as he caressed Faranne's hair, while she continued crying. She calmed down a little, and tried to regain composure, to continue talking. She had expressed almost everything she felt, but after making sure that her love for Finn wasn't a mistake, as he felt the same for her, she was still worried.

"I'm still sorry for having sex with you and letting my feelings take over our friendship like that, even when we both wanted this it was still inappropiate... {if Fun Lesson = 1}Also I felt like I didn't apologize to you enough that night of your birthday so sorry again for crushing your face... I got very impulsive and things got out of control because I couldn't contain my feelings for you...{endif} but I promise you it won't happen again... I mean, I don't know if we could love each other... it doesn't feel right, specially when Zoey also loves you and you are dating her... maybe we have to stop, even if I don't want to... I need to make things right but I'm not sure what to do... what do you think?" - Faranne said softly, as she snuggled with Finn. But after he thought of his answer for a little bit, he looked at Faranne in her teary eyes, and while she smiled at him, he got the courage to tell her everything about his idea.

"Umm... well, I have a problem with that... and I was meaning to tell you before you started crying and everything..." - Finn said nervously, to which Faranne chuckled, before she got curious.

"Well, what is it? Tell me... is everything okay?" - Faranne said playfully, but also showing concern, as she stared at Finn's nervous expression, because she felt like something was wrong, but then realized he was just getting shy.

"Sooo... you see... I love you a lot... we just talked about how you love me and I love you, right?" - Finn asked nervously, to which Faranne giggled, before responding with a slight nod.

"And the thing is... that I also love Zoey very much... like, you two have been my crushes for my entire life on this island... of course that I'm dating her now and that is what is making things weird here..." - Finn continued saying, getting more shy the more he talked, but as Faranne started to understand what he was saying, she imagined where all of this was going.

"Right... so you love us both but you can only be with one so you have to choose who you want to be your girlfriend... and that will be Zoey because she is much better for you..." - Faranne said playfully, as she knew her words were making Finn nervous. But she was also a little bit sad, as she started to think how her short love fling with him, was probably coming to an end, and he had to stop loving her, so he could be with Zoey, although Faranne was more than surprised to hear his response.

"Yes, but that's the thing... I really can't choose... like, I love you two in like the same way and I want to be with both of you... I don't know how to explain it or even if it's possible but basically I want to date you two because you are the most beautiful girls in my life" - Finn replied, with a shy tone, that made Faranne giggle again. She thought his words were very sweet, but after analyzing his situation, she came up with an idea, and decided to explain it to him.

"Alright... I get it... so you want to date both Zoey and me... that's cute... that is called polyamory, that's the term you are referring to... You want to be with multiple girls and have multiple partners... that is actually quite common in this world... or at least from what I've seen... Males used to have multiple wives to show their status or something that I don't really remember... you could definitely have multiple girlfriends if you want... It’s a little complicated to have a relationship like that but it is possible... Now, do you think you can date both me and Zoey?" - Faranne said playfully, as she found Finn's polyamory idea very silly, but also very interesting. She was quite into it, but Finn seemed more into it, as he replied to her question, with multiple enthusiastic nods, that made her laugh.

"Well... I'm not sure a polyamory relationship can work between us... I mean, we have to take in consideration what Zoey thinks about it but I get it... and I totally support it too... if you want to have multiple girlfriends then that's fine by me... but personally I think Zoey is a better partner for you... I'm not that ideal girlfriend for you, she is... besides the age gap between us can create some complications and overall it would be weird for others to see us dating... but that doesn't mean we can't still love each other" - Faranne said thoughtfully, before turning flirtatious, and starting to tease Finn.

"So what do you mean? What will happen to us?... Are we just not going to see each other? Are we allowed to love each other?" - Finn asked with curiosity, while Faranne gave him a flirty look, for a long time, before replying.

"What do you think about this?... Zoey gets to be your girlfriend for the rest of your life so you can keep loving her and make her your lover, get married, have kids and all the other things... while you can still keep seeing me and we can continue loving each other... we can kiss and do all sorts of things that we already did without being an official couple... that way you get to have two girlfriends while you technically only have one and only have to deal with the problems of having a simple monoamory relationship" - Faranne asked, with a flirty voice, as she was very excited to see how her future could be with Finn, while he explored the fantastic world of polyamory. He also seemed excited, as he started jumping, and cheering after hearing Faranne's offer, of being her non official second girlfriend.

"YES!! That sounds awesome!! So I get to keep you as like a romantic friend while I continue to date Zoey... It’s just like having two girlfriends!!... But wait, are you sure you are okay with this?... I mean, what about the fact that I will spend more time with Zoey??... It’s like you will be at the side and I'm not sure if you are okay with that, it sounds a little mean..." - Finn cheered, before he realized the implications that came with having a girlfriend, even worse, with two. He got a little worried about the future of his relationship with Faranne, as he feared it may weaken, or they could get distant, but she was there to make sure everything was going to be fine.

"Oh you greedy boy! You want all the girlfriends, don't you? Well, you deserve them for being so handsome... but don't worry about me... trust me, I already knew this could happen and I'm totally fine with it, I don't mind if you invest more of your time to Zoey... Honestly, she deserves all the love from you... I'm just thankful that you want to keep me close to you in this romantic setting... But if you really think that I could use more love from you then you are totally right..." - Faranne said flirtatiously, which made Finn curious, as he didn't know what she meant. But after she got closer to him, just enough to have her face in front of him, with the perfect position for a kiss, she continued talking.

"Now that you still want to love me we can still do some fun things together... so if you want to keep me as your second girlfriend you will have to give me some love... I want you to make love to me again... we can have more fun just like yesterday, what do you think?" - Faranne whispered seductively to Finn, who got instantly hard, from the idea of having her as her new mistress, or side lover, it was all very surprising to him, specially after everything they talked about, but now he was definitely down for some more fun with her...
