Homeless Jack

It is unknown where he got the box, only that he was proliferate in its use. This crazy old Vietnam veteran went on a sticker spree, not even knowing what he had. Hundreds of sticker of perverted and unknown origin were stuck to random individuals the days he had the box, making his way from one end of the city to the other. Some he put on the skin, others found their way on garments and disappeared as they sought the skin underneath. There were sometimes multiple stickers on people or in most cases just one, and the tattoos they morphed into moved to the optimum spot on their bodies.

Having used some of the stickers on himself made crazy Jack even crazier as he somehow put on a sticker that increased his paranoia.

Witnesses say a naked guy covered in tattoos stood on a pier ranting and shouting obscenities before jumping off and landing on some jagged rocks down below.
