How is Finn going to talk to Sayuri?

Game Party With Friends

"Hey Sayuri, how are you doing?? Are you enjoying the Spirit D-..." - Finn asked, as friendly as he could be, while he approached Sayuri, who turned her attention immediately to him, even with a smile, before being distracted, and interrupted, by Lilith, who was calling for Finn's attention.

"Hey Finn!! Come play with us!! We are going to play a few rounds of Monster Combat and other games!!" - Lilith shouted, ruining Finn's opportunity, and catching him by surprise so much that he couldn't think of what to say to Sayuri. He froze for a moment, but after forgetting what he was going to say to the foxgirl, Finn decided to go to Lilith, as he was excited to play games, even if he couldn't talk to Sayuri. Thankfully for him, the foxgirl followed him, as she knew he had something to tell her, and because she was curious about the games, which made Finn relieved, and a bit more hopeful, since he got to be near the foxgirl.

Finn and Sayuri walked through the village, that was even more decorated in this side, and without saying anything to each other, they walked in a big hay tent, that their friends had set up, and were now using, as the center of the party, with all snacks, seats, and whatever to keep themselves entertained. Finn quickly noticed that, at the center, there were a few wooden chairs, and in front of them, Lilith's game console, that she had brought here, and was willing to share, so everyone could have fun, playing games, or even watching short films. He was immediately amused by that, and as he tried to forget about Sayuri for a while, Finn looked at all of his friends, Zoey, Lilith, Faranne, and Katsumi, but there was someone important missing (apart from Milky, who is never allowed to participate in these types of events, since she drips milk everywhere, and causes a mess).

"Has anyone seen Adeline?? I think I last saw her a few days ago..." - Finn asked, utterly confused, as he really didn't know where his android friend was, and was a little worried about her. He couldn't know where she was these past days, since he was so busy, either doing tasks, or having sex with girls, and since he spent the last three nights sleeping in other houses, Adeline could be mad with him, which was very likely.

"You are sharing house with her, shouldn't you know where she is??" - Zoey asked teasingly, fully knowing what Finn did, and that he should have shared a bed with Adeline, for three days in a row, but instead, he spent all of those three nights in different houses, with three different girls respectively. No one found her question weird, in fact, they were asking the same thing, but Finn immediately realized what his girlfriend implied, and he was almost embarrassed to ****, from realizing he should know where Adeline is, but he only stayed quiet, so he couldn't embarrass himself further.

"She has been a little strange lately... like usual... but she told me she wasn't feeling too well to come join us... She said she wished us to have fun though, so..." - Faranne replied for Finn, with a lot of hesitation, and insecurity in her voice, that made some of her friends suspicious. They all started thinking something bad had happened to Adeline, specially Finn, who thought Faranne was referring to the android girl, when she said she had something to deal with. But before anyone else could say anything, Lilith quickly stepped in, and killed the awkwardness of the moment, as she was aware of her sister's nervousness, but tried to ignore it, from her excitement to play games.

"Yea, yea... Adeline must be fine... You know how those android girls get... Now let's play some games... I'm going to destroy each one of you..." - Lilith said casually, trying to shrug off the Adeline situation, so she could finally play with her friends. There was another awkward silence, but as everyone saw the catgirl acting nonchalantly, they tried to take things lightly, just like her, so they could play some videogames, and hope they can beat her at Monster Combat, which would be more difficult than they thought.

Zoey, Lilith, Itzel, and even Faranne, started playing a racing videogame first, even though the latter didn't know anything about it, and was just trying to play, so she could make her friends happy. But as they enjoyed their game, Katsumi only watched, as she sat behind them, and Finn did the same, although he was a bit farther back, since he was keeping an eye on Sayuri, to see if he could talk to her. It seemed like the foxgirl was trying to ignore him, as she just focused on the game, and while Finn felt discouraged by her behavior, he thought he wasn't doing it on purpose, so he tried to get closer to her, and start a small conversation, or anything, just to interact with her. But right as Finn approached Sayuri, and he was going to ask her something, again, he was interrupted, now by Itzel, who felt like they needed more people.

"Hey, why don't we invite the monster girls to play with us? We could use more players..." - Itzel asked, after thinking of playing an old board game, that he hasn't played in years. His question, although innocent, raised some suspicion, because he was asking specifically about the monster girls, and no one really liked them, specially Zoey (and except Finn, who already had sexual experiences with two of them).

"You are right, but there's no way we are inviting them... that dragon girl is scary... like, really scary... I don't know how Finn had the courage to talk to her... Oh right, he is the bravest guy in this world and deserves to become a hero..." - Zoey replied playfully, making her point clear, while also flirting a bit with Finn, who only chuckled at her comment. But as Zoey got some laughs from everyone, Itzel got a bit shy, as he really wanted to invite some of the monster girls to the party, or at least one in specific, who he got to know better recently, and was now starting to see her as more like a friend.

"But I think Erys is kind of cool... she could maybe do some fun stuff with her slime... like tentacles, or something like that..." - Itzel said, trying to convince everyone of his idea, but since he was too awkward, and didn't seem confident of his own words, he just ended up making everyone laugh, and even raise more suspicion. Finn immediately turned his attention to his halfling friend, as he was shocked, from him mentioning Erys' tentacles, something he thought only he had seen. He felt like something happened between Itzel, and Erys, since he knew about the powers that the slime girl had, or else, he wouldn't have mentioned the tentacles. But before Finn could question him, Zoey did, as she was just as suspicious of Itzel, but for slightly different reasons.

"What?? Do you have a crush on the slime girl now?? I thought you liked Lilith..." - Zoey asked, with a skeptical tone, and slightly teasing frown, as she was suspicious of Itzel for other reasons, and wanted to question him about it, and have some fun too. She ended up making Itzel too nervous to talk, since he was so embarrassed, he started to blush, and only looked down to hide from Zoey's teasing, specially after seeing Lilith’s reaction. Everyone laughed at him, again, except Lilith, who was actually very curious, from hearing that Itzel liked her, and even a bit flattered by it. But before the catgirl could say something, to either defend the halfling, or appreciate him, she wasn't able to say anything, since Finn stepped in, to say something he just came up with.

"Yea, Haze told me she wasn't going to come, and I'm pretty sure the other girls think the same... but we have enough players here... I know Faranne isn't really into games, but you can still have fun without any of the monster girls... I think with the fox sisters we have enough players, and they are pretty cool..." - Finn replied, to defend Itzel from that humiliating moment, but also taking his opportunity, as he saw the perfect moment to compliment both foxgirls, to make them feel included, and get some of their attention. Katsumi really liked Finn's response, as she gave him a big, warm, and slightly suggestive smile that made him feel a bit more confident, but he was upset by the other foxgirl's reaction.

Sayuri only glanced at Finn, for a very brief moment, and before he could look back at her, the foxgirl looked away, and like in annoyance, she just walked out of the tent, to distance herself from Finn, for seemingly no reason. He was very surprised, and even saddened, to see how Sayuri walked away, but he wasn't going to let her isolate herself from anyone, so he tried to follow her. Finn had to wait for his friends, and Katsumi, to stop looking at him, so he could walk away, without being too suspicious. But as his friends went back to playing games, Finn only had to wait for Katsumi to stop staring at him, and since she couldn't take her eyes off of him, Finn ended up giving her a smile, and as he blushed a little, the foxgirl just laughed it off, and turned around.

"Alright, give me a moment... I-I forgot something at my house..." - Finn announced, a bit nervous, after all of his friends turned around, and gave him a moment, to dismiss himself, and leave the tent, to go talk with Sayuri. He didn't feel too bad for leaving them like that, as he knew they were going to be fine without him, and probably have as much fun. And even though his comment didn't get attention from nearly anyone, Zoey did turn around, to see how her boyfriend was leaving the tent, and since she knew what he was trying to do, she only gave Finn a skeptical look, as a joke, to make him laugh a little.

So after indirectly getting his girlfriend's support, Finn ran out of the tent, and started searching for Sayuri around the village. The foxgirl couldn't have gone too far, but he did spend a minute looking, before he remembered Sayuri's most common spot, the big tree. He quickly headed out there, and when he approached the tree, he got to appreciate the decoration on it, which looked wonderful, with all sorts of lights, and banners that complemented the decoration of the houses surrounding it. But not only that, as he immediately spotted Sayuri, standing near that tree, looking lonely, and bored as always, which Finn still didn't know he reason of, but was going to try to find out now, as he didn't waste time to talk with the foxgirl.

"Hey... I've been trying to talk with you... I want to get to know you more, and you know... just hang out a bit..." - Finn said, as soon as he got near to Sayuri, to make sure she couldn't run away from him this time. He was really hoping this would be the moment, where they could either talk to each other properly, or get to know more about her, but it didn't look so good, when Sayuri's first reaction, was an irritated sigh, that Finn was tired of hearing, since it hurt him so much, when he didn't know why the foxgirl did it.

"Ughhh... Finn, look... You are a sweet guy, and pretty handsome too... But I don't think you would like to know me... I don't have anything special, and I'm not sure we can talk about much... We don't have much in common, and I know you have the best intentions with me... but I don't think we can talk... or hang out like you want... we are just not that compatible..." - Sayuri replied, trying to be honest with Finn, and not too harsh, as she feared he would get hurt, if she told him everything she felt about him. She tried being understanding, which was nice to hear, but even then, Finn felt very upset, as he wanted to convince Sayuri to talk to him, but he was unable to do so, since she seemed so **** to talk, and felt like she didn't appreciate him,

"But I thought we could be friends... I mean, I have to agree with you in the part that we don't have much in common... but I would really like to know more about you, or just talk about things... like friends, or I don't know... I feel like you are really cool, and I really want to spend more time with you..." - Finn argued, being sincere, as well as respectful, so he could discuss this situation with Sayuri, without her suddenly getting mad at him. He kept the same friendly voice, which was what made Sayuri reconsider his offer, but after a long while of thinking, she thought she had an answer that would probably hurt Finn to hear.

"I don't hate you... not anymore... I actually think you are a pretty cool guy as well... but I don't need to talk much with people... I prefer being alone... or I like it more... because I do like hanging out with you... But I don't think what I want is exactly what you want, you understand??" - Sayuri replied, also trying to be friendly, but also giving Finn mixed signals, as he still didn't know what was Sayuri's problem, and why she refused to talk to him, when they already seemed like friends, and even had some sexual encounters recently.

"And what do you want?? I'm trying to be your friend and spend more time... but it seems like you don't want anything to do with me..." - Finn asked, trying to keep a positive attitude, as he really wanted to make Sayuri his friend, but also being discouraged by her response, since it seemed like she really didn't want to do anything with him. But as things felt like they wouldn't go anywhere, Finn got a bit hopeful, when he saw Sayuri's thoughtful expression, that showed how she was thinking of a good response, and wanted to say something important, like he just realized what she wanted, and it was all clear to her, after Finn's question.

"It’s not that... I just probably don't see you in the same way you see me... I don't know what you think of me and I don't care... I like talking to you, and I think you are very funny... But that's all I want... I want to have fun with you, nothing more... If you want to talk to me tonight, then make sure it is fun..." - Sayuri replied, with a more confident, and playful tone, as she now fully knew what she wanted with Finn, who even though was surprised by her response, he liked it a lot. He was very relieved, since Sayuri finally gave him a good answer. And now that he knew how he had to talk to her, or what he had to do, so they could spend time together, Finn was very determined, and excited, to give Sayuri what she wanted, which was nothing but a fun night, that he believed he could do, only if he tried hard enough...

How does Finn have fun with Sayuri?
