Doubts & Confusion

"Hey Finn, so you had a lot of fun right?? What did you do with Zoey??" - Faranne immediately asked, with a bright, and slightly flirtatious tone, as she walked up to Finn, who was very excited to see her, even though he believed she was busy. He was caught off guard by her question, but he was very glad to see her, as he believed Faranne would be the perfect person that could help him, and explain some of his doubts, which were becoming more prominent in his mind. So to try to avoid a response, from the embarrassment that it would give him, Finn tried to dodge Faranne's question a bit, to ask her some questions instead.

"Yea, it was cool... and very romantic... But I actually wanted to ask you something... I was wondering how much time I have left... you know, until I have to go..." - Finn replied, with a casual, and a bit shy smile, as he wanted to bring up some of his problems to Faranne, as he trusted her, and hoped she could help him. But as Faranne felt flattered, and was actually very eager to listen to all of Finn's worries, she was still busy today, and sadly, she wouldn't be able to talk with him much, although she knew someone that could...

"Oh, yes... I just remembered.... Haze wanted to talk to you exactly about that... I wish I could accompany you, so you feel safe talking to her... but I'm very busy preparing the event, so you will have to go alone, okay?... You will do great, and learn a lot about that dragon girl, I'm sure you will..." - Faranne replied, with a kind, sweet, and soothing smile, trying no to let Finn down, who was a bit disappointed at first, but quickly understood. And while he was very scared of the dragon girl, Finn knew Faranne wouldn't be able to help him, and there was no point in arguing it, so he tried taking it nicely, since Faranne still showed a lot of support to him, which made him feel safe.

"Okay... thanks Faranne, see you later..." - Finn replied, with a calm smile, as he didn't mind that Faranne couldn't help him, or at least not that much, And as she was pleased to see him like that, and felt like he was going to be fine, Faranne wasn't worried about leaving Finn alone, and allowing him to talk with Haze, even though she thought it was a bad idea.

"Alright Finn, I hope you solve your doubts... and wait to have fun with everyone tonight... maybe now that you slept with Zoey you could give me some attention..." - Faranne said, with a lighthearted, but very playful, even seductive smile, as she got to talk with Finn, and was comfortable enough, with letting him talk to the dragon girl, and spend her entire day working, without being able to see him much. So as Faranne got him to blush, she went back to preparing for the night, and cooking a lot of food with Zoey, leaving Finn on his own, who had to think a lot, since he wasn't sure about visiting Haze, and trying to solve his problems with her.

Finn wasn't sure how to talk to Haze, or even if she would be able to listen to his problems, and personal concerns, since he felt like she wasn't like that. So while he thought this wouldn't work, and Haze really intimidated him, Finn hesitated for a long while, to walk to the lake, and talk to the dragon girl, even if he knew he had to. But as he slowly started walking, Finn reconsidered it, and after remembering how he felt like this, when he went to talk with Erys, he realized he had to give Haze the benefit of the doubt, and felt a bit more comfortable, or at least not so scared, to visit the dragon girl.

-Alright Finn, just calm down... they are just a few questions that you have to ask... I'm sure she was already planning and talking to me, so she won't find it weird to talk about my problems... Last time it worked with Erys, I got to learn a lot of things from her... and look at how things turned out, it was great... So if I was able to seduce Sayuri with the information I got from Erys, then it must be the same with Haze... I really hope I can talk to her, and solve some of these doubts...They are very intriguing, and I don't think I could live in peace without answering them...- Finn said to himself, after deciding to talk with the dragon girl. He now believed she could help him, and since he didn't have much choice, or other options, Finn just faced his fears, and walked to the lake, where she found her waiting for him, already sitting, casually, carefree, near the lake.

"Hello Haze... good morning- how are you??" - Finn asked, trying to be friendly to the dragon girl, but coming across as very awkward, and insecure, which Haze already thought about him. But since she didn't care about it, and she had to do her job, Haze decided to ignore Finn's greetings, and even though it saved that embarrassing moment, he couldn't help but get more nervous.

"Hi Finn... We have to talk about a lot of things, you know that, right??" - Haze asked, with such a serious tone, that Finn not only felt intimidated by her, but also didn't know how to respond, other than a complying nod.

"Good... so if you are ready to discuss your mission, then let's start right away... We are going to talk about everything, so I need to know a bit more about you..." - Haze continued saying, with her monotone, even unenthusiastic, but oddly soothing voice, that got Finn to get shy, as he was caught by surprise, by the fact that the dragon girl wanted to know him. He immediately realized it wasn't a friendly thing, and that Haze wasn't requesting to know him more, out of kindness, or trying to become his friend, she was just doing her job, of teaching him a bunch of different things, to prepare him to become a warrior. And while he didn't know if that was good or not, Finn tried to ignore it, so he could give the dragon girl a response, and they could start talking.

"Yea, sure... What are we going to talk about??... I mean, I assume you want to tell me some stuff about being a warrior or something... But what are we exactly talking about??" - Finn asked, with an anxious tone, as he wanted to let Haze do her job, but also wanted to talk about his problems. But as the dragon girl didn't notice his concerned expression, she quickly gave Finn a sincere answer, that actually was a bit nice to hear for him.

"Well, there are a lot of things I have to warn you about... besides some of the consequences that come with being a warrior... But to start, I need to know... just from training protocol, what are you thinking about right now?? How are you feeling??" - Haze replied, with a bit of a suspicious voice, as she didn't know how to explain the intentions, or purpose of this conversation with Finn. He was very weirded out by this, almost immediately, as it sounded like the dragon girl wanted to be his friend now, since she didn't sound so serious, and even a bit friendly.

After Finn heard Haze's oddly nice questions, he hesitated a lot, as it seemed like the perfect opportunity, to tell her all about his problems, and see if she could resolve his confusion, which was all he was feeling right now, besides the intense nervousness. He thought about it for a second, and then realized Haze could actually help him, and it would be good to express himself with her, even though it felt weird, and Haze looked a bit sketchy, which could mean this was a bad idea. But since he was so ****, to get all of his answers, and solve his problems, Finn decided to just ask Haze about it, as he knew if he didn't, he wouldn't be able to think straight, or make love to his girlfriend properly, with all of those doubts haunting him.

"Uhhh, okay... so I've been wondering a lot about how much time I have left on this island... if I choose to pursue this warrior thing, of course... And I still want to know what things I am going to do as a warrior, or during my training program... I'm not sure about this idea yet, and just to be safe, and make sure this is worth it... I would like to know the specifics of this mission I have..." - Finn replied, with a very shy, but honest tone, that Haze was surprised to see, as she wasn't expecting him to be so open to her. And as Finn got to worry a bit less, since he already expressed what he needed to say, he only looked at Haze, who was processing what he told her, and while he was still very anxious, to know what the dragon girl had to say, he felt like they were going to be able to talk, and solve most of his doubts.

And after a long time of Haze thinking, Finn was happy to see that she had come to a conclusion, and she had a clear answer for him. He was relieved, and a bit nervous, that his suspicions turned out to be true, and that he was going to discuss his problems, and learn a lot from the dragon girl today, as she was actually smarter than he thought, and she had a lot to teach him, mainly about his mission, but also other things...
